It’s SHOW DAY!!! Olympia day!!! Just got done on stage at prejudging 💪 a dream come true being in the first call-outs at the Olympia!! It was unreal!! Had a blast up there! They worked us hard!! Now time to chill before finals

So I agree here, it’s not about the meals it’s about being in a surplus, if you can get your set macros into 4 meals then that’s fine so is having 5/6 per day as long as you are having the cals needed
