    Still super tired but working to get my sleep schedule back this week 🙏🏾🫶🏽 going to hit legs today – yesterday hit my new upper session which felt really good! As mentioned want to get stuck right in now with everything and make improvements

    Back to reality today but felt amazing being back in my own bed! Getting routine locked back in this week and ready to roll with making improvements – training split is through as well as new exercise selection 🙏🏾 operation grow more lat/delt/legs 💪

    I agree here!! As Meg mentioned health benefits – a good Himalayan salt will work wonders, but you could also add in iodized salt too

    It’s SHOW DAY!!! Olympia day!!! Just got done on stage at prejudging 💪 a dream come true being in the first call-outs at the Olympia!! It was unreal!! Had a blast up there! They worked us hard!! Now time to chill before finals

    So I agree here, it’s not about the meals it’s about being in a surplus, if you can get your set macros into 4 meals then that’s fine so is having 5/6 per day as long as you are having the cals needed
