4 days out now!! Eeeeeek how has it come so fast!!! Final full day here in Texas before flying to vegas tomorrow! We also added some carbs and fats in today, dropped cardio and lowered steps 🫶🏽

Rest day today, had a really good leg session yesterday but feeling wrecked today! Either way getting it done! 2 more days until I leave for Vegas! To hit Olympia number 6🙏🏾❤️

Nothing changes to be honest – strength may dip slightly but goal is to maintain strength till the end and still training with the intensity, if recovery becomes an issues then volume may be adjusted

Rest day today – cardio done and work today – Thursday is my busiest day so should get all my steps done nice and early so once I’m done I can have an early night sleep, which is key for me at the moment

Hey Roman, if whey is an issue and affecting digestion then try vegan protein if there is still an issue for you there, then stick to having Whole Food protein sources – where there is a will there is a way 💪

Legs 2 today – energy low but it is what it is, at this point, all in all though a very good session today and once everything is boxed off for the day I will have an early nights sleep
