Trained upper today!! Another good session! When I train pull in my upper session my focus is to make sure that my biceps aren’t getting overly involved! So today was a good connection day 🙏🏾
Fridays is also a 1/2 day at work which is nice, home early get my meals in, get steps finished early and chill

Rest day today and check in day today!! Happy with the look but we still have work to do!!!! Training has been good especially legs!! Which is the goal as always!! Today is also a light day at work which is a bonus to as I do feel a bit knackered today!!

I agree here, depending on your routine/lifestyle and where you are most active – keeping your carbs in place and reducing from where you are less, here I’d reduce from pre bed meal or meal 1
