    Felt knackered today, and a little stressed ๐Ÿ˜ซ just a lot on my
    Mind lately however had a good upper session, we have some new machines at work which felt SO much better!!

    Going to have an early night sleep tonight for sureeeee

    Hammy day today!! Really good session today!! Did get some knee pain on hacks which didnโ€™t feel too good! My knees have been really good for a while now so not too sure whatโ€™s going on!!

    Leg day today!!! Really good session today for sure!! Busy work day as per usual but mind in a decent place today trying to keep busy so I donโ€™t overthink and get sad!!

    Okay I was overly anxious yesterday which had me feeling some stress in turn! Iโ€™m going through a tough old period in my life right now and being so far away from being able to physically be with family is always a bit hard BUT focusing on prep is one thing I can control right now so that is where my energy is going!

    Today I trained push! Was a good session!! And also a long working day today and busy! Pre training I had to be an adult and a proper American resident and get my taxes done and filed as itโ€™s the final day today!

    Stressful day today! Just a lot going on at the moment!! But went on a super long fasted walk this morning which helped to clear my mind which is exactly what I needed for sure!!

    Also feeling hungrier today which is wonderful as Iโ€™ve been having a full feeling and heavy!

    Ready for the week ahead!! And to continue making progress

    I keep high quality fish oil, CoQ10, Taurine, magnesium, astralagus, beet root, garlic and a good multivitamin in my daily supplementation.

    With a decent diet this keeps my micronutrient intake high and helps keep my BP in a healthy range when blasting or cruising.

    Rest day today and check in day!! Feeling happy with where we are at, still with 17 weeks to go but I k kw it will be here in a click! So making each day count for sure!! Super supps not been in a week yet so excited for having some time under them and everything coming together but all in all feeling good
