Okay I was overly anxious yesterday which had me feeling some stress in turn! Iโm going through a tough old period in my life right now and being so far away from being able to physically be with family is always a bit hard BUT focusing on prep is one thing I can control right now so that is where my energy is going!
Today I trained push! Was a good session!! And also a long working day today and busy! Pre training I had to be an adult and a proper American resident and get my taxes done and filed as itโs the final day today!

Stressful day today! Just a lot going on at the moment!! But went on a super long fasted walk this morning which helped to clear my mind which is exactly what I needed for sure!!
Also feeling hungrier today which is wonderful as Iโve been having a full feeling and heavy!
Ready for the week ahead!! And to continue making progress

Rest day today and check in day!! Feeling happy with where we are at, still with 17 weeks to go but I k kw it will be here in a click! So making each day count for sure!! Super supps not been in a week yet so excited for having some time under them and everything coming together but all in all feeling good
