Carbs are trickling in today!! Coming to life a bit!! Had a client at work this morning and will have an hour this evening! I trained pull this afternoon which was a good session and sent kuba some post workout shots!
10k steps today so making sure I have my feet up as much as I can while I’m not at work so I can spread my steps throughout the day

The cybex is such a good hack!! I would stick with it!! As a few have said – reverse banding is great especially if you have an injury/working around an injury as it takes the load of the hardest part of the movement

Last legs today which was a quad/ham session! We lowered volume today!! Also steps have been lowered today to 8k from 20k which is a challenge for me as I move so much haha! I am making a conscious effort to only move when needed and while at work making sure I take the shorter routes in the gym hahah!!

Rest day today! Happy with check in today!! From tomorrow we are reducing steps a touch! So last day digging now!!
