Trained push today!! Whewwww today was a hard one! Woke up feeling tired again this morning but I feel in a few days I will be back to normal 🙏🏾 feeling good though if that makes sense hahaha!!
Haven’t had food focus at all, only focus I have right now is the Olympia and bringing a good package for sureeeee!!

Back to it today!! Trained legs today!! Still feeling a little tired – these past two back to back shows catching up on me but wouldn’t change it for the world!! Just been making sure I stay hydrated and have good sleeps! And not nap in the day hehe saving it up for bedtime!!
So we are in a diet break at the moment to freshen up ready to bring it

ONE MORE SLEEP!! just one more sleep until we battle it out again here in Arizona!! This show wasn’t planned but after the feedback from San Antonio it was a suggestion🙏🏾
I’m feeling better going in to this, more relaxed, taken pressure off myself and ready to enjoy it!! It can become so easy to get so stuck inside your own mind with the pressure we create on ourselves!! But this feels different ❤️

Lean protein sources -turkey breast, white fish, egg whites, turkey bacon, Greek yogurt, whey etc
Carb sources – pasta, bagels, sourdough bread, rice, cream of rice etc
Fats – nuts, but butter, avocado, dark choc also fatty proteins like steak, salmon etc

Travel day today – 10k steps on the menu and push session!!
It’s a direct flight which is nice so I don’t have to stress about connections and getting overwhelmed hahah!!
When I arrive I will check in to my hotel before going to the host to stay tomorrow! And then I will train push🙏🏾

Rest day today!! Been a good day just VERY VERY tired! But that’s expected at this point!!
Had cardio this morning and fasted steps! Only had work this morning! So spent the afternoon sorting things out and getting he rest of my steps all done 🙏🏾

For sure something that digests well! Doesn’t still too heavy etc!! A combo of protein/carb and fats (depending on where you currently are at)

Push day today and again 4 days out!! Been back at work this week which is nice! And also helps me get majority of my steps in!!
