Totally agree here! If sore take some more warm up sets but other than that keep pushing! If flat on your face fatigued then maybe take an extra rest but if just slight soreness then keep pushing forward

I am the same as Kam – I weigh my daily salt and have it with me for the day and spread across the day and I don’t count salt from other foods just the added salt

Had a good session today – sleep was terrible as there was a massive storm that started at 3:30am was so loud! Knees are a little stiff right now but being sure to stay within what feels good for them!

Check in day today and feeling good about it!! Busy day today even though 1/2 day – had online posing at 8am then worked 10-2 and had in person posing at 2:15 and then trained myself 💪

As I said I’ve been training for 3 years in general but from those 3 years I have been training with high intensity for 1,5 year if it makes sense, and the first 1,5 year I was just training normally but not to the fullest. I hope u understand because I’m not the best at english so I’m sorry, I can explain differently if u want
