Upper day today – good session again! I’m just really locked in at the moment and not letting anything disturb my peace right now! Trained in my break today as usual and had a 10am start instead of 9am 🙏🏾

With d3/k2 – personally I’m on a higher dose due to my blood’s and ability to absorb

Back to training today was a good session – need to work on my sleep this week and then I’ll be happier!! Busy work day today 10/8pm then it will be home and early nights sleep to get my sleep in a good place once again

Hey Erik, I’d look into what else could be causing the acne – especially if you are saying the whey is high quality and lactose free! Have you changed anything else that has contact with your skin or in your environment?

Extra rest day today – had work this morning and then in person posing client! Reduced steps today! Sleep was still a little rough last night but soreness has subsided a lot! Which is great! Back to training tomorrow with upper

Hey Eddy – I’d do morning as I feel more ready to go in the AM than I ever do in the evenings especially after work! But do what feels right for you – you could try both and see where you feel more ready to train

Rest day today and just 1/2 day at work today 10-2pm – sleep wasn’t great last night still getting headaches from legs but nothing too crazy just will take time! But much needed rest day today and then I have an in person posing client this afternoon after work which I am really looking forward to!

Leg day comes round so fast hahah!! Leg day again today! Still feeling a little sore today so will take more warm up sets and see how it goes🙏🏾 long day at work today 9-8pm to keep me busy 😊
