Hey Damian, sorry to hear you are having a tough time right now!! Main priority is get health back to a good place otherwise you will run yourself down even further! While in this phase you can still get movement in by getting outside, getting some steps in and making sure nutrition is locked in and getting health supplements in as Clare suggested

It will build just as much muscle BUT if you over use it , your digestion will notice . And remember it’s not packed with the things stuff like salmon beef and eggs are from a nutrient perspective
Couldnโt agree more here with what JP has said!! Itโs absolutely fine but if over used digestion can take a hit! Intergating it pre and pwo can be great

Checked in today – starting to feel better about the look, weight still isnโt picking up much but getting as much in as I can right now!
Sleep is getting better also now that pain is subsiding ๐๐พ which makes me happy
