Decent push session today. More pbs, Strength still rising and weight at 122kg. Going to bring cals down to 5000 for abit as 6000 was pushing my digestion a little too much.

Hi Ryan, I seen you training routine for leg push pull. Was wondering which days of the week do you lay these in and which days you have off ?

i have done rest day pre and post legs which works well. I’ve also done 2 on one off split. If back falls before legs then you neef to avoid overloading the lower back too much. So back before leg day would have no lower back loading movements. Then on leg day i would put in RDLs.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

The only way to really know is blood work m8. Although yes post successful PCT your testicles should be back to their normal size

I tend to just do it as and when but try and get some in daily all year round. If i can i will do a light 20min walk after larger carb meals, it can help the with the digestion and uptake of glycogen.

pull day today. No lower back loading movements today, so next session i will do barbell or tbar rows then RDLs on my leg days.

hey buddy, how many shots do you do your test over? i would personally do shots everyother day with an insulin pin to keep levels more consistent.

can u get aromasin? half an arimidex 3 x per week should be sufficient. fluctuations vary per person but should be pretty consistent, so.if you run the above then recheck in 6 weeks. You would ideally want to know exactly how much below it is.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

okay so pretty low, just above trt really. I would do a double dose of love heart then get them checked again. then drop the dose and double again when you push. Mine haven’t been out since i started using it and have currently doubled the dose whilst my weight shoots up._________________________________________

I wish i had got a coach sooner, takes away the guesswork, you need an outside expert eye regardless of experience, even coaches need coaches. I looked at it like you wouldn’t jump in a boxing ring without getting coached 1st so why do it in bodybuilding.

Lega today, seriously good session, fuck I’ve never felt so good. I don’t think ive pushed past 3000 cals ever and currently on 6 and feeling incredible. I’m sure it will get sloppy soon but hopefully growing a good amount of tissue right now. New split across from JP which i will post on my training section.

Its pretty hard to lose muscle on anabolics, i see lots of people worrying about this all the time, anabolics are used in muscle wasting diseases for a reason l, because they preserve muscle and do it very well. I know guys who worry about losing muscle on 500mg test a week because they’ve dropped 100kcals lol. Any both approaches would work really but it makes sense to me to drop cals when you don’t need so many.

This has always been my thoughts to.
Again this is different If your a guy who is in the 2% – Jordan james Luke n so forth that are Scary Strong with a load of forced muscle in there frames that they Body doesn’t Want to carry.
For the rest of us there should be no muscle loss on 2-300mg test in my opinion
