    You will be fine here. If you get legit fat free then of course you could look at reducing steps closer to the show to rest the legs a little.

    Food, iso then Eaas. Eaas are good during training if your pushing hard or on a lower cal diet. Iso after for fast absorption and as always food is number 1.

    I used to run low doses 2 to 4iu daily 5 days a week over 4 to 6 months and definitely noticed the benefits of it.

    I would drop back to trt if you want a quick solution for now. Testosterone converts to estrogen so you increase it you increase eostrogen. Some will use other compounds to help with eostrogen or run an ai. It’s not always eostrogen so bloods are a good idea.

    Unfortunately taking trt will impact sperm count to some degree. Some conceive on trt when others don’t. I would suggest the below as this has been used by many all over the world successfully. The polumbo fertility protocol. And as Peter said 3 months minimum before checking count

    75 IU HMG (Human Menopausal Gonadotropin) every other day until pregnancy occurs.

    2000 IU Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) every other day until pregnancy occurs.

    50mg Clomid (clomiphene citrate) 2x a day until pregnancy occurs.

    DO NOT TAKE ANY ANABOLIC STEROIDS or Hormone Replacement (HRT)

    Injectable Glutathione 200mg per day (increase sperm motility—ability for the sperm cells to swim) **** Optional

    5. V-Mineralyze (5 pills 2x per day). High potency vitamin/mineral supplement is very important to proper Sperm Morphology

    I definitely utalise higher carb days on biger output days like legs and back. I used to consume very little on non training days.

    An obvious concern would be deca dick. So you may have hair but a floppy dick lol. Everyone responds differently to cycles so it’s always worth trying different approaches. Ultimately If you look over the years and even today the most successful bodybuilders would have a test base.

    Good work on your current cut. I’d say it’s worth introducing some food now. If the goal is to build muscle you will need a surplus so you could gradually push back up keeping active still and monitoring body comp. The more muscle you build and have the higher your maintenance cals will get. Ultimately the goal is to be able to keep decent body composition on a high quantity of food, that way you have plenty of scope to reduce food when you move into another cut.

    It’s not a stupid question. Trt is prescribed by Dr’s to improve peoples lives. With trt you do need to check blood work one to 2 x yearly and stay ontop of cholesterol, rbc etc. This can be easily maintained with the correct supplements and lifestyle so it can be run for life safely. You can do this via a private Dr so every thing is done by the book. The only issue with this is cost.

    13 is pretty low and as your getting older it’s unrealistic that you would improve it that much naturally. True trt would be roughly 150mg test per week plus 100iu hcg daily to keep the testes active. You can hold off for as long as possible, it’s dependant on how you feel, recovery etc. I will say I’ve recently come off trt and just running hmg hcg and clomid. After just 2 weeks my body has changed significantly. My energy is low, fatigue high, no sexual desire and my joints are hurting. So just a small amount of test for trt goes a long way and most of us will require it at some point as we get older.

    Just bare in mind 150mg is the common dose for trt so your just over that. Definitely room to move up when required and test alone can yield great results.
