As for the slupp most people can’t handle the pip so opt for the oral version but it’s important to cycle it and not continuously run it.

If your not competing then there’s definitely room for meals off. Obviously if you get to a maintainance you can decide whether you increase your movement or reduce your usual plan or cut back on one of the meals off.

However, there would be no need to take it if you got your own back functioning efficiently, I don’t like the idea of long term reliance unless absolutely necessary so blood work is important to establish a need for it.

This is a good calculator. You can adjust depending on pin size and amount of water you want to add as well as peptide dose.

Agree with Peter. Contact your gp and mention your blood work. They will send you for another test and go from there.

That stuff can be nasty because of the pain from inject. Not worth it in my opinion. Or just use the oral version. Keep an eye on the red patch. If it gets wider seek medical help.

If that feels good for you then it’s fine. As mentioned salt is a great pre workout. I used to like cheery juice and beetroot juice too.

I wouldn’t recommend pork mince as pork in large amounts is not great for your health. Turkey mince or chicken mince is a better option or like it’s been mentioned hit up a wholesaler and bulk buy your meat. You can get 10kg bags of rice. Samson used cheap wholesale chicken preparing for the Olympia.

Exactly as above. Also ensure your micronutrient intake is on point. Id recommend a good multi. You can also look into glutathione and l carnitine injections.

I wouldnt Lower it. If digestion is good and recovery is good then no need to Lower. There’s a little scope to drop fat to increase your carbs or of course you could increase movement.
