@kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen @ryanpetford thanks for your reply guys.
I am already taking glutamine am/pm with ACV and lemon juice pre cardio. Also have pineapple with meat meals.
Yes probably something that needs to be removed.. Fibre has nearly doubled since being in a deficit, at almost 37g now on training days, so could also be the cause?
The ingredients in my meal plan are;
Oats
Eggs
Beetroot
Pineapple
Basmati rice
Chicken
Peas and corn
Ground rice
Whey isolate
Mince beef
Peanut butter
Extra virgin olive oilBaked potato
Low fat cheese
Mustard
Sriracha
Other low kcal sauces
Dextrose
Coco pops
Macros
td p307 c546 f88
rd p237 c242 f146lots of potential food allergies there. Replace oats for gluten free or rice flakes.
reduce egg consumption and top protein uo with another source, i.e isolate.
beetroot fresh not in vinegar. Pineapple is great.
change chicken for fish and trial that. remove corn, horrible stuff. Beef fine if it digest great. Peanut butter i would switch for almond, a less allergenic nut. low fat cheese i would remove. Definitely no hot sauce if your stools are bad. use low cal organic ketchup. Trial one a time. Its a case or trial and error.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

Again Hilly is spot on. I only tend to use GH for contest prep because one proper stuff is expensive and 2 it’s best to utilise it’s effects during a contest prep. As Hilly said it makes you leaner over a long period of time and gives the muscles a fuller look. It was a game changer for me using it for the 1st time this yr.

Would you mind listing the foods you are using? Its best to determine what foods are causing soft stools rather than throwing supplements at them. Basics wise. L glutamine 10g a day, 1st thing. i Use best of bone broth for digestive enzymes but that’s best for blood type Os. Peppermint tea is good for an upset stomach, manuka honey is great for gut health. However, the main goal is to establish the best foods to consume.

Not expecting much as smaller frame guys seem to be winning the cards at the minute as they are more complete. Still i will come in at my v best and enjoy the show. Iceland is unreal.

I would just add a few turns of pink salt to your meals. There is some manipulation for contests prep but depends on the diuretic protocol. Pink salt helps with nutrient partitioning so a great addition to your diet.

I don’t do any contest, I want to have a good muscular fullness but doing more precise calculations of sodium and water (I ordered today only a precise scale to measure the salt) but I never eliminate salt and condiments (curry for example) in the diet
okay buddy, then don’t over think it, for your weight and level a couple of turns of pink salt per meal.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

Rest day today, i fly out for my last show of the yr tomorrow, trying a few new things and going to try and just enjoy this one as i really didn’t want to be at my last show. Deep tissue work tonight, a have a new protocol for cutting water and making weight so we will see how that goes. I will post every last detail after the show and compare. Whatever happens this is my last Amatuer classic show.

Sodium plays a key role aswell obviously but you need to stay away from high potassium foods when using aldactone.

Diazide is safe and easy, Although Aldactone can be extremely effective when used alongside diazide, however, i have never done it and wouldn’t unless i had a world class coach who knew exactly what they where doing and new your body. So it makes sense to stick with the sensible option.

I used aldactone for a show in late August. I left my dieting to the last minute and needed to drop 7 kg to make weight. I took aldactone 5 days out and gradually increased my dosage. I think I started at half a tab which I think was 50mg and gradually worked up to 1.5 tabs. Anyway I dropped the 7 kg and came first but felt like complete shit. I should of dieted properly and done a proper peak week of carb loading etc but it was all about dropping the weight so I was a little flat. I wasn’t on this forum at that time so just got my info online. Probably done the protocol wrong so some feedback would be good.
Aldactone has Its place for sure, it can be very effective for making weight, It’s a case of checking yourself every few hours and seeing when to pull back. The other benefit is that you can keep carbs in without a full glycogen depletion and still make weight, then your more likely to be able to fill out as your not completely flat.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

Yes this is because your testicles no longer need to work as your on synthetic testosterone. It’s not a problem unless you want babies.
