If we eat foods that our digestive systema respond well too and sustainably source our food then everyone will be better off.

Push day today. Energy was zapped even after rest day yesterday. One more classic show and then Its time to move my physique where i should have taken it this yr. Into the supers. I was crazy to think my frame would be full enough at classic amatuer weight. I have Rhino bones and skin. Classic is far more suited to those of a smaller structure. Il always aim for that golden era. Lets go for the Arnold 270lb look when he won his 5th Olympia ????, maybe a leaner version tho.

Hey buddy,
As in all the muscles in your legs or one in particular. Do you fire from hammys, glutes or quads?

In regards to the statement “ it improves health , the facts are out there “ – for discussion sake , shall we elaborate on this , I’m keen to hear actual evidence ( please don’t try to use that awful Netflix show, it’s one of the most twisted and mid guided uses of literature I have ever seen to bias an opinion )

haha please don’t start on that horrendous documentary lol. Propaganda still works even after years of civilisation and education…. I agree some people may be better in a vegetarian diet, however, some will be very ill. I was shocked to see how much healthier those elite American athletes where after stopping all the genetically modified processed meats ????

Hey, yes it can be done, just takes a while to load up but goes in easy. Just make sure it’s in a lean area, i personally do quads. You don’t get any scar tissue either.

Rest day today, still a very active day, fasted cardio, dog walk, gardening, cleaning. On rest days I’m now having a whole 100 to 150g of carbs depending on weight. This morning was 109, 1.5kg off limit. I have alot more water than that on me, so by keeping some carbs in I’m hoping the carb up process will be easier. I won’t have to cram in loads in just a few hours post weigh in. To be honest you cant really restore glycogen levels in such a short space, especially if you have depleted for 7 to 10 days which i have previously had to do. Wife is back tonight so il get some pics tomorrow morning, fresh cut grass to ????. it will probably piss down.

Keep the test the same but add another compound buddy. I would use NPP, 200 to 300mg per week over a minimum of 2 shots.

Sounds like successful first cycle, Isaac! You happy with the results? Why not increase the test, Ryan? Interested as I’m six weeks into a low dose first cycle and am planning ahead. [/quote]
if Its doing the job then there’s no need to increase, test can throw blood work out v quickly, everything should be kept as low as possible with maximal results, over years ofcourse you can slowly increase. I personally wouldn’t go over 600mg test.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

pull day today, pretty good session, seem to be able to generate enough energy for my workouts and cardio but that’s about it. I’ve been able to keep carbs in this time round as my weight has been staying low. It means i won’t be completely empty on weigh in which means a fuller look for me which is needed on my big frame.

As James says, cardio is key. A good supplement regime is also key, bp stack is great, Trained by jp love heart, omegas, lower doses, particularly testosterone. Use compounds that have less impact, you have the anabolic response of food in the offseason so no need to push aggressive compounds until necessary in contest prep.

All a refeed will do is give you some glycogen to use towards your next few sessions. It won’t impact your metabolism, to impact your metabolism using food would take weeks even months of manipulation,.thats why many push cals high in the offseason over a period of mini deloads, tidy ups etc before pushing again. This means when diet time comes you have alot more clas to play with and your metabolism is in a good place. Mood wise i find it makes me more tired and hungry, hormone response to extra food and leptin levels will be responsible for this, so for mindstate i think it’s worse. Cycling carbs is probably your best option, so when you can utilise more say post legs or back put them in, when you don’t need so much, say rest day take them out. If your weight does rapidly drop add an extra 200g carbs each day until it levels and then return to usual plan. This is where a coach can be very useful with a fresh pair of eyes and knowledge to know when and where to add food.
