pull day today, keeping weight high, I’m actually still moving the same weight as i have in the early days or prep, 250kg rows, 250kg pressing etc, I’m finding I’m staying fuller keeping the weight high. Weight dropped 2 kg over night so I’m back to 110kg (pics attached).

As above, you will need to rest it and look at professional advice if you really feel like you’ve damaged it. Some physio or deep tissue work by someone who knows what they are doing will help get rid of scar tissue, however, some rest is needed 1st before treatment.

rest day today, activity is still high, 2 cardio sessions per day and my 3 day carb trial comes to an end. Now time to drop some glycogen snd water and look at maybe one more classic show before the yr is up. One thing for sure is this is my last yr in amatuer classic, it’s really hurting my physique making weight and i want to bodybuild not bodydeplete. With my large frame i need alot more size so that will be the direction i take moving forward whilst still maintaining a classic physique.

I personally don’t bother with toxic orals in the offseason, it can throw alot of things out including digestion. The only time orals cannot really be avoided is during contest prep.

To be honest i wouldn’t worry about counting your makros post show for a little while, in can create more obsession and a tendency to crash and binge. I just eat more of what i like, still structured but certainly don’t count cals for a good few weeks to months after, you will know when your ready as you won’t be as fussed by food, post show it’s all you can think about usually if you have been very restrictive and are fairly new to it. Eat more healthy food as it will fill you up and dont be afraid to have 1 meal off a day until your bored of it, just maybe keep activity in, i personally still love to train and keep active with all the extra nutrients, it also helps with digestion.

raw weight usually but as long as you know the protein content of cooked weight it doesn’t really matter.

Yep it sucks lol, i drink upto 6 litres a day when my cals dropped below 1800, anything to feel the gap, hot drinks and eaa slush puppies lol

As above, get good quality stuff, bodybuilding is the most genetically based sport in the world in my opinion. I also think ppl look to gear as a magic potion. Unfortunately Its not, time is everything, day in day out, consistent food. intense training and about 10 yrs to build a decent healthy physique.
