This is normal m8, you will need to adjust your training to your recovery capabilities, food wise you can keep the same unless you get real soft from too many cals. Personally i only train 4 x per week off cycle and go for 2 working sets.

Hey,
you could run for 8 to 10 weeks max. I would take TUDCA and NAC and some Glutathione too. Unfortunately we cannot keep what we gain on anabolics once we are off, that would be amazing if we could.

I personally don’t but if it’s your pre workout meal i would definitely put them in. Depends on your body, do you need alot of carbs or are you better on less carbs and a little more fat.

It can be done, as James said, from carbs 1st then ultimately if you need to pull cals from elsewhere you can. I have gone from 60g to 40g protein in the past for that very reason.

I personally prefer isolates for digestion. For me currently Yamamoto have the best protein on the market, until JP nutrition releases some soooon.

Prep brings all types of emotions, stress, anger, joy, depression, doubt etc all in one day sometimes. It’s important to understand Its the deficit and low bfat, Its not the real you. I never take it out on loved ones and being quiet is fine but don’t push those closest to you away.

As above if you have time then being active 1st thing is great for health and digestion however Its not essential in the offseason and if you need rest then cutting activity down a little won’t harm you.

Good luck anyway mate – i’ll be keeping tabs on your journey on here going forward whether you’re competing or not. The classic look is my preference also so it’s good to see someone dead-set on it rather than just using it as a stepping stone to the open class.
