    Well it would be a shame if you had to resort to that mate (giving up the quest for the card that is).

    The current judging criteria in the class in confusing me as of late though – for example I would say that Jon Lofthouse (i think that’s the spelling) is very close to what I see as being the classic look and would therefor confirm to me what I always thought the class was about….but then you see them also mark down similar physiques/looks and reward a different sort of package. Do you think they’re still determining what they see as the ideal?

    Yes it would but it’s very taxing and disheartening so i will definitely take some time away from the stage after this yr. I think part of the issue is alot of the panels in Europe are obviously mainly European. Now as Its only 2 yrs old here we ate still new to it, European judges have only ever judged bodybuilding. When you look at America you see different judging as they have had the class longer and have a clearer ideal for the class.

    Hey, personally for a rebound i wouldn’t use more than 400mg test and maybe throw in 400mg bold or npp. The extra food will be the most anabolic thing in your body post show. Alot of people just run test on Its own and get great gains. So i think the first option looks good but without mast e.

    Ryan would it matter that it’s a deconate like and not NPP? why no mast just out of interest? I also will be running proviron at 25mg daily and I’ll be tapering of t3[/quote]
    not really m8, either works, you could use masteron Its just a little stronger and i like to utilise it more during prep. You won’t need Proviron, like Hilly said if you can keep orals out.

    Diazide is safe and easy, Although Aldactone can be extremely effective when used alongside diazide, however, i have never done it and wouldn’t unless i had a world class coach who knew exactly what they where doing and new your body. So it makes sense to stick with the sensible option.

    As Louis said get that post post workout meal sorted, i had similar issues and 40g of carbs from pineapple on my post post workout meal stopped this. I agree with Hilly, you could reduce post workout carbs to 100g and you have sugar from your intra too. Maybe even add 10g of fat to your post workout meal to slow the carbs a little.

    Always stay away from the gym, will do more damage than good. Immune system wise i love Glucan which is in the wellmune ingredient of MPS max but you can get it separately. I also use Lglutamine, bone broth, vit C, multi vit, omegas, curcumin and more. Good source of veg each day and some blueberries and raspberries have great properties. Oh and Manuka honey, the list goes on lol

    organic rice flakes for me with isolate, blueberries and coconut oil and some pink salt. If im really reducing cals then isolate with blueberries only but that’s right at the end of a contest prep. But basically whatever digests great for you and doesn’t make u feel sluggish during training.

    hey buddy, yes you can remove that. The broth is suitable for blood type Os only though so check your blood type 1st.

    Just read your feedback on your recent show mate – it’s worrying that sometimes a physique that’s not really “classic” wins over others that more fit the criteria. The last thing we want is for Classic Physique to be just a “smaller bodybuilder” class but it looks like it’s shaping up like that at times.

    Did you manage to get any feedback from the judges and some further insight into their decision to place you and others where they did? Would be interesting to hear how they explain their viewpoint.

    Good to see you’re keeping positive though mate and not folding your morals in regards to changing the look that YOU see as classic. I think a few chase a physique that they feel others prefer rather than what they actually prefer. It’ll be a great story when you eventually get that card.

    they just always say come in tighter. basically do what the others are doing, fuck load of clem and t3. Problem is it gives you that small bodybuilding look, i could do that and come in tighter but i feel i would be stringy and my Strength is in my fullness and i believe classic should be fuller physiques with nice lines etc. I will always aim for my physique but that may mean giving up the competing game as Its alot of effort for little reward.

    Decent push session, still feel absolutely zapped as i continue my usual low cal diet. But, that being said I’m really focusing on moving heavy weight, i don’t have the energy for volume and i feel keeping the weights heavy and reps low will keep the fullness a little more and i can push for those 5 to 8 reps with everything i have.

    weekly:

    450 test e

    300 npp

    daily:

    0.5 mg ari

    10-20 mg tamox if nipples get puffy

    1.25 mg bromocriptine if prolactin will be raised after bloods done in 2 weeks from now

    Sounds good ?

    Water retention shouldn’t be an issue ?

    looks good to me m8, you could use aromasin daily instead of arimi or just 0.5 arimi every other day would be sufficient. You won’t hold water on npp like you would with decanate and your anti oes protocol will keep water retention under control. This cycle shouldn’t have a huge impact on blood work compared to your previous options.

    Definitely a good approach. Lower carbs on non training days will improve your insulin sensitivity which you can utilise on training days.

    Drop the mast. Up test to 600 while u finish the cut as you may get a recomp effect here and then pct/cruise as you transition into growing.

    Then cycle after break

    So You suggest 450 test and 350 tren until end of cut, then 600 test and then cruise ?

    Or 600 mg of test solo ?

    Hey, 2nd option looks best. test is way too high in 1st one. Tren obviously a great tool for cutting, you could also consider clem. Drop t3 to 25 for sure and you could put 25mg of proviron in, arimi at 0.5 is sufficient for keeping eos under control. Tren and mast e work v well together so you could do 300 of each.

    Clen is a no go for me, as i like my workouts at steady level, and clen can interfere with that for me, cramps, feeling dizzy.

    Would You suggest any Prolactin Blocker for this cycle ?

    Was going to use 10 mg tamoxifen ed with that option, as i have some background with gyno from progesterone.

    Another option that just have crossed my mind is

    450 test e

    350 npp

    150 mast p

    0.5 mg ari

    Maybe this is going to yield the best results, as i am concerned about mood on tren and it’s prolactin/progesterone side effects ?

    hey, if you don’t fancy tren then mast would be a good alternative. I wouldn’t change test until cruise, a cruise on 450test would be sufficient but blood work would br needed to see if you csn restore blood work at this level. Prolactin wise again i would check bloods to determine whether you need something. Tamox wise 10 to 20mg daily but only if needed.

    that 2nd course will have less impact on bloods so not a bad option at all.
