    start at 25 m8 and work upto 50 and see how you go.

    Hey, 2nd option looks best. test is way too high in 1st one. Tren obviously a great tool for cutting, you could also consider clem. Drop t3 to 25 for sure and you could put 25mg of proviron in, arimi at 0.5 is sufficient for keeping eos under control. Tren and mast e work v well together so you could do 300 of each.

    As above, if you mentally need it and your not preparing for a show then put one in. It won’t impact metabolism but will help fuel the next few workouts with the extra glycogen.

    little top up session today as we have sushi on the menu tonight. Haven’t had a meal off yet so decided today was date night with the wife. weight 2.5kg up from weigh in. Considering i dropped all orals and fat burners that’s not bad. big push next week to see if there’s a show left in the tank.

    That’s the same shit in every thread man. People want to learn and ask something.

    Then they get just answers like “I do it this way – I like it this way – I don’t know why, I am doing it like this for years”

    We want to learn, we want facts.

    This site is dying since the number of members is grown. Two years earlier you got answers from Jordan and coudl learn here. Now he is doing his own business in his logs and some weird athletes and coaches are trying to educate here in the forum section – everyone with different opinions.

    The only weirdo on here is you. Instead of researching peoples answers or atleast thanking them for their input you come back with stupid sarcastic responses. You will never learn anything with your attitude.

    Agree with the above, also love pullovers for stretching out the rib cage and building the muscles around it. Vacuums are also a great tool often under used. Pulling that stomach in can create the illusion of wider shoulders.

    Good leg session today, calories been pretty low last few days as i wanted to see what my weight is doing tomorrow. Haven’t actually had a meal off, had a couple of little treats. Got sushi tomorrow so going to enjoy that. I will see what my weight is doing and what I’m looking like then il make my next move.

    Decent push session today, still getting good pumps. currently trying to push glycogen out and remove water as I’ve had a little rebound from diazide. Nothing crazy as I’ve been low on carbs most days. Looking to do a weight check on Saturday morning to see what my body is doing. haven’t really visually looked as i like a little break from looking at myself post show.

    As Hilly said better to lower dose and inject more frequently to avoid the need for an ai. There would be no need for proviron. Nolva or aromasin would be sufficient should you need it but it’s unlikely.

    I personally prefer deep tissue work to remove scar tissue and free space for tissue growth. A good chiropractor would do both but most don’t want to put the hard work in so they click you on their table and charge a fortune.
