    Agree with the above, also love pullovers for stretching out the rib cage and building the muscles around it. Vacuums are also a great tool often under used. Pulling that stomach in can create the illusion of wider shoulders.

    I love Glutamine and have 10g 1st thing and Its in my EAAs. Robby Robinson used to run 20g a day in 10g doses (10g post, 10g morning or pre).

    Another good session today, felt pretty full from some chocolate i had. not going mad, all meals pretty much the same but having the odd treat. Push is on tomorrow followed by a sports massage. Hopefully the water rebound will start to make Its way out, the massage should help too. Still waiting on pics from the show so I can assess what to do moving forward.

    For me it’s got to be organic ground coffee, through an espresso machine or plunger machine. Grumpy mule varieties and machu pichu are my favourite. As they are organic they are less acidic and less likely to impact digestion.

    Regular pictures and an outside eye help with assessing things like this. No one can assess their own physique. You can obviously check fullness during training etc. Flattening out is very normal in the last week. You won’t loose muscle, particularly if your on anabolics and when you reintroduce carbohydrates you will respond well. You will need to be cautious and know what your doing because carbs bring water so perfecting water removal and fullness is an art.

    thank you and everyone else for replying. I am unassisted and I coach myself because it’s something, I eventually want to pursue and understand better. Being unassisted (natural) I find it difficult this last week with doing “what everyone else does” because A) we are all different and B) the process of filling out and not spilling is less more tricky seeing I am not allowed diuretics to clean up any spilling I  may do. Any suggestions on trying to walk that fine line of knowing when and how to gun it or pull back ie carbing up/drying out and when depleting to ensure optimally filling back out. [/quote]

    Hey, it depends how quickly you fill you can fill out. Naturally i would increase water in the last week, 5, 6, 7, 8 ,9litres then back ti 5/6 litres the day before. Some dandelion root and vit C will be useful as a natural diuretic aswell as adding asparagus with meals. I personally would slowly add carbs, 200g 3 days before, 350g on your highest water day 2 days before and 400 to 500g the day before. On show day 200ml water with meals and add salt, i would have a little protein, fat and some carbs with each meal and nothing heavy. 200ml of water with meals on show day should be sufficient. Again everyone is different so this is just generic. VitC i would add in 3 days before with dand root. 1000mg plus 500mg dand root am and pm.

    Depends on dose and timing. If your dieting hard natural t3 will drop so you keep it at a baseline of 25mg by supplementing with 25mg. Some need more to bring their baseline up. If your smashing 50, 75 100mg then yes Definitely can be catabolic.

    Yes it does impact calories. Towards the end of prep i switch to just kale and asparagus. Very light compared to broccoli, tomatoes etc

    had a good session back today. Felt strong, wasn’t planning on going heavy but felt good. Had a little cheat food on one of my meals. Relaxing a little calorie wise this week, predominantly more fat over carbs. The water rebound should be done by friday so then a weigh in Saturday to see damage and reassess what i could be capable of moving forward.

    Just test in my opinion. 300mg. A TRT dose would be 150mg roughly depending on the individual. This is better for health but you won’t maintain much muscle.
