    If you have not used it start at 200mg, less is more. Then you could increase to 300mg after 4 weeks or so.

    As Kuba suggests. slin pins are great and pain free. I only jab legs and glutes but use blues for my glutes.

    Hey,

    whats your body weight and composition like? any pics? start by increasing activity, this could be from 6 to 8000 steps or 8 to 10,000 steps daily. Depending on current activity. Then remove some carbs, a little from pre and 50g from post. That’s a start anyway.

    Rest day today. Zombie mode level 10. still doing light fasted cardio after posing. Probably do my last fasted cardio tomorrow and then just pose pose pose. Harry did one more deep tissue session on me today. Fell asleep again lol. nap time again now i think ????

    @ryanpetford use it daily? Or on trainingdays only? Read a lot of different opinions on this.  

    initially training days PM but as i approached the shows i increased to am and pm 2iu. Every day.

    Hey,
    2iu is a good starting point. It’s important you get a good source, if it’s not pharma grade i wouldn’t bother. You could taper to 4 iu after 3 to 4 months to see if you notice a big difference. It’s very costly and by no means a wonder drug. I started it this yr after 17yrs of training. I noticed after 6months my skin was alot thinner and conditioning had improved alot. Obviously i was dieting but I’ve noticed a big difference compared to all the yrs of competing without it.

    As above, person dependent. Some may only need them around training then the rest of the meals made up of fat and protein, others work well having them with most meals. Post workout it makes sense to have them without fat, however, some individuals that suffer from hypos can benefit from adding fats, particularly if they are diabetic.

    I prefer fasted cardio, years of bodybuilding data backs this up, however, there are no actual studies to suggest It’s more beneficial.

    another depletion session down. Id love to say I’m hitting good weights but i would be lying lol. I’m struggling just to stand at the minute. very faint and nauseous, however, this.is the best I’ve looked and for me i had to take my body to dark places to get rid of the last bits of fat. i have attached a picture to show the importance of deep tissue therapy. Particularly as you near a show. I have been struggling to pull my left lat out properly and you can see the difference after a session with Harry, my back also looks more detailed.
