    travelling back from Italy today, i would be lying if i said i wasn’t disappointed, i really felt i presented a classic physique worthy of winning a pro card. Still can’t change things now, back to the drawing board.

    Huge congratulations on you’re win. That overall was between you and the winner imo, but the decision has been made, so head up and keep doing what you’re doing. Once the judges agree what classic physique should represent, the Pro card has to be yours.

    Rest day today, i hate rest days but It’s very needed today. keeping active, aiming for 12,000 steps. Current diet and drug protocol attached.

    here we go 

    Training day – SAME ON ALL DAYS FROM NOW

    Meal 1: 100g wild salmon, 100g chicken/turkey breast 

    pre – 40g rice flakes, 50g blueberries, 50g pro from isolate

    Pre: Prepare

    During: 30g Sustain, 3 scoops MPS max

    Post: 250g tuna ( Springwater not brine ) , 4 rice cakes and 40g cocopops with almond milk

    Meal: 250g chicken/turkey breast, 6g extra virgin/mac oil, 100g pineapple

    Meal 5: 150g beef mince 5% fat. 100g chicken/turkey breast, Green veg.

    Meal 6: 50g pro from iso

    Non training days:

    Meal 1: 100g wild salmon, 100g chicken/turkey breast 

    Meal 2: 250g 5% fat beef

    Meal 3: 250g chicken/turkey breast

    Meal 4: 100g wild salmon, 100g tuna 

    Meal 5: 250g chicken/turkey breast, 6g coconut/extra virgin/mac oil

    Meal 6: 50g pro from iso

    Cycle 

    Weekly

    500mg test e

    300mg mast e

    300mg tren e

    400mg primo 

    Daily 

    20mg nolvadex a day

    3iu gh per day

    25mg t3

    AI every other day

    Cardio,

    30mins liss at 125bpm pre meal 1 every morning EXCEPT on leg day 

    Steps per day must be 10k gym days – this is not inc cardio or training 

    12k rest days – this is not inc cardio
