There’s no rush to compete, take some time and put on some good tissue, i used to take 2 or 3 yrs off a time so i noticed dramatic differences. Also you could save abit to get the gyno cut out, like Jamie said you could be the best in the world but they will mark you down for gyno.

For last 2 weeks up to comp it’s been
500 mast
500 tren
50 var
50 winny
20 halo
75 proviron
50 T3 for last 8 weeks
60 clen last 10 weeks tapered up
15mg yohimbine past 4 weeks.
previous to these 2 weeks it was
600 test
300 mast
300 tren
50 var
25 proviron for the past 10 weeks
ideally I want to stay on but healthily I know my liver enzymes are high and HDL cholesterol is half.
I was thinking to make most of rebound something like
300mg test E
200 mast E
250 primo?
any advice from experienced AAS users would be appreciated [/quote]
keep test around 300mg and put npp in at 400mg or primo at 400mg. Take t3 down to 25 then eventually off, remove everything else.

thanks Ryan. could I keep mast in at ,100-200 and proviron at 25mg with 2iu GH on training days. Im quite estro sensitive so the mast and proviron could potentially combat. thanks[/quote]
you could do mast instead of npp if you get on well with it, proviron i wouldn’t personally do unless in contest prep. Aromasin is the best bet to stop any aromatisation._________________________________________

Travelling to Italy today for an epic weekend with Harry. Harry going for that pro card, he deserves it so much and i believe he can get it this weekend. There’s a pro show on Sunday with some epic names, Breon in classic, Rolley and nathan in open. And you have the likes of Flex Lewis and Shawn Rhoden present. Going to see if we can spend some time meeting them and catching up on all things bodybuilding, there will be pizza, coffee and gellato involved at some point.

check in day, weight was 108.5kg. flat in areas but thats to be expected.

super flat but never takes much to fill my muscles so be interesting to see what difference a good peak week could make.

varies per person. For me sodium as normal then day before cut then back in on show day. water goes from 5litres and tapers up to 9 or 10.

Depends on the individual buddy, get a coach who can read your body and can adjust his approach to each person. Too many just use the same approach for everyone.
