Pull 1 today, sessions slowing down a little now, weights dropping a little too but still happy with the strength I’m maintaining on current cals and output. Definitely set to look my best yet and that’s all we can ever do.

I tell people to utilise them post training, particularly back or leg days, offseason wise i wouldn’t worry about fitting them to your makros, during contest prep cheat meals shouldn’t be needed, occasionally refeeds can be used using foods you are already used to. It’s all person dependent, some feel like they need them every week but they can impact training and hormones negatively, not to mention diegestion issues.

150mg a week generally has people at about 30 to 35mmol whichis trt dose. However everyone is different. I would guess over

I think test at 2-3mg/kg suits most people quite nicely. Then you add in your anabolics.
Ideally (in my opinion), the dose of test you choose will require the least amount of ancillaries to control estrogen and blood pressure.

All blood work dependant. Many now cruise instead of coming off, generally a low cruise won’t hurt bloods. However, you need to consider sperm count and long term use of anabolics will impact this. If you definitely don’t want babies then a blast cruise or blast TRT Blast is a good option.
