    Hey,
haven’t personally had problems like this with Yohimbine, have you removed it to see if it’s definitely that?

150mg a week generally has people at about 30 to 35mmol whichis trt dose. However everyone is different. I would guess over
    or close to 100mmol.

He’s not in enough of a calorie deficit m8. If the deficit is enough he will lose weight. So check other activity levels and diet.

Rest day today, watched the British finals, Harry just missed out again on the pro card to Rob Taylor. It was apple’s and oranges in the end and could have gone either way. he looked incredible.

Hey m8, looks pretty good, i would push to 350g protein as your ovet 100kg. Definitely increase carbs too. A little extra fat aswell. I would say 4000 to 4500 would be a good surplus to grow. Push cals until you feel you get too soft then drop down before pushing again, like mini deloads of food to keep hormones thriving.

Thanks Ryan!! I was afraid of pushing calories more, after prep I usually have serious doubts … can’t really see the difference between being hungry due to new muscle mass or due to post contest trauma ???? cause to get lean I normally have to come to point of near starvation those last 5-6 weeks.

I will do that, I think it’s much easier on the mind too, cause I wasted a lot of time troubleshooting this instead of just trying to go up calories and let the body do its thing

    Thanks again!

Really helped me see things more clearly[/quote]

I’ve made the mistake of trying to stay too lean and now i have to suffer to get supet lean, check my current diet under my log. Enjoy the surplus and extra tissue that comes with it, of you get a little extra bfat Its not a problem.

I was going down the same path right now

After dieting for so long, in the back of my mind I didn’t wanna lose the condition but hey, if you wanna improve that’s necessary evil

Workout went like this:

Single arm cable lat activation – 1 set of 15

Wide Lat pull down – 1 set of 14, 1 set of 9

Touch ‘n’ go Hex bar deads – 1 set of 20 (Should have been 12..Underestimated my mighty strength ;-)) 1 set of 10

Hex bar dead into shrug – 1 set of 20

    Band assisted chin – 1 set 15, 1 set of 10

Seated cable row (narrow attachment) – 2 sets of 12

Single arm lat row – 1 set of 20

High cable for rear delts – 1 set of 13, 1 set of 12, 1 set of 11

    Calves – 3 sets of 10

Everyone needs different things, like Hilly said blood work will tell you what you need. For example my joints are good so i won’t put a specific joint product in for that reason. I need ip6 for my red blood cell count as that gets high for me. Some suffer with bad cholesterol so trainedbyjp is perfect for that, others kidneys, liver etc. So try and personalise them to yourself and you will only pay for the absolute musts.

Half Test straight away, you don’t need that much, it will throw your bloods out alot quicker and cut your cycle short or do long term damage. EQ at 400 or even better NPP at 400mg.
