Personally i avoid fats with carbs post workout, unless your super sensitive and need a little fat to slow the digestion. I have a diabetic client and a little fat post with his carbs and protein just helps control his BG better. I then tend to have fat and protein meals or carbs and protein, but again everyone is different and if your pushing cals fat added to meals is a great way to increase them.

Hey m8, looks pretty good, i would push to 350g protein as your ovet 100kg. Definitely increase carbs too. A little extra fat aswell. I would say 4000 to 4500 would be a good surplus to grow. Push cals until you feel you get too soft then drop down before pushing again, like mini deloads of food to keep hormones thriving.

hey m8, yer cals have dropped again so will post changes. unfortunately i don’t need alot of food, i will def push cals more in the offseason so i don’t need to suck down so much.

Once you have been consistently training and eating correctly for 5 years then you could look at starting a small cycle. For now optimise your natural gains by getting a little leaner and improving GH and insulin response.

calories are never really what you would call high as I’m only a small guy and competed in u70kg….usually sit around 80kg…..calories at their highest were approx 2800.[/quote]

could be why your struggling a little now, I’ve made the same mistake, too low in the offseason so my body got used to low cals. now to get peeled ive got to be on around 1800 before activity to shift anything, im 6ft 2 and over 110kg so this should not be the case. next time round i will push cals in phases. May be worth getting bloods done to see where your hormones are.
