    could be why your struggling a little now, I’ve made the same mistake, too low in the offseason so my body got used to low cals. now to get peeled ive got to be on around 1800 before activity to shift anything, im 6ft 2 and over 110kg so this should not be the case. next time round i will push cals in phases. May be worth getting bloods done to see where your hormones are.

    draw a line around the red mark, if it spreads go to a&e. keep an eye out for fevers too.

    Exactly what Clare said. If you wanted something light immediately after then you could use an isolate shake followed by a meal later on.

    CBD, ashwagandha etc. Also make notes after eating, it could be a food source causing the problem.

    Legs 1
    hamstring curl – 1 set 10-12 reps, 1 set 7-9 reps  

    Hack squat – 1 set of 10-12, 1 set of 6-8 reps  

    Paused Leg press – 1 set of 8-10 , 1 set of 20 reps, hold in the hole for the count of 1,2

    Single leg seated ham curl – 1 set of 20 reps

    glute bridge on smith  – 2 sets of 8-12 – 1 second peak contraction at the top, maintain tension and continuous reps

    Adductor – 1 rest pause set 

    hanging leg raises – 2 sets, body weight 

    Seated Single arm DB curl – 2 sets of 8-12 

    calves – 3 x 10-12

    decent leg session today, workout attached. started off really well but flagged quickly at the end which is to be expected on current cals. pics attached from this morning, a few more changes being made so will post full diet and supps tomorrow on rest day.

    1st around 9. last 11ish but last is just isolate so very light. last dense meal at 930
