    Hey,

Somewhere along maintenance line. I would personally stick to a higher fat higher protein approach with a little carbs in 2 or 3 of your meals. Keep vitamins and minerals the same as these will all help the recovery process.

It will be a mental battle, normally my steps are 20k, cardio 5 days, and macro set up : 300 pro / 600 carbs / 100 fats. [/quote]

just half the carbs if you can buddy, put your feet up and chill lol

    Hey,

Personally i would opt for 400 to 500mg test e, 400mg npp and 300 to 400mg of mast e or primo. Primo is mild but found it great for building quality muscle. I don’t run orals in the offseason as i generally like to keep my digestion stress free. Obviously i use an antioes, usually half a tb every other day or arimidex is enough or aromasin daily. Thats just what i like buddy, everyone is different. Anabolics work regardless of compounds, some love what some hate, obviously like you said tren is harsh so best used leading into a show.

Deficits will always lead to fatigue quicker, i find too much caffeine can also lead you feeling fatigued. Perhaps a deload week is needed and then you can assess whether you need to decrease training to match your recovery capabilities a little better. Maybe Halcyon could help or I’ve heard sleep stack or fade out are very good products to help with deeper sleeps.

Thanks, Ryan. I’ll look into the supplement. I started keto but I’m probably more low-carb than keto at the moment, maybe 50-100g carbs per day from veggies and a little fruit.

okay so not full blown keto. Similar to my approach. Blood work has never been out but my supplement list is very precise. You want me to attach what i take?

    Hey,
I personally like to run just outside of Keto to avoid all the negative effects it can bring. JPs love heart would be a great addition to improve your cholesterol levels.

Aldactone can be very effective, however, your coach must be very knowledgeable and know your body to be able to utilise it correctly.

Pull 2 today, enjoying the new split (see attached). felt fatigued today, blood sugars where instable but I’ve just come off 2 0 carb days so when i put my pre workout meal in my body took abit of time to adjust. Blurred vision a little but corrected with my intra workout drink. pics attached from todays check in 110kg.
