Its definitely trial and error with foods when you have a sensitive digestive system. Os are more susceptible to digestive issues. Search blood type O for a list of foods, you will see avoids, neutral and beneficial.

So, leaner still, where I think I can actually see a vein!!! Extra 2 reps on hack squat and smashed last rotation completely. Tiredness during the day is definitely easing too. Am so fired up!!!!

What your doing is the easiest last min solution. Whey mixed with nut butter into a moose is really nice. If your preparing the night before then salmon or beef with eggs.

I don’t think you need a huge amount of carbs, if your getting good cals from fats and protein and your digestion is great then just put carbs in on training days, pre, post and post post. 40 to 60g each time. Non training days you can remove all carbs.

I personally don’t like doing more than 3ml jabs. Strength wise that’s around 700mg. I would use my glutes or legs for this as it’s a larger service area. 1 to 2ml jabs can be done in shoulders, lats etc. I’ve heard of people doing 5ml spread over 2 jabs in a day. I’ve even heard of someone doing 5ml in their glute so doses can be high but i would prefer little and often than large and in frequent. Hope this helps.

It’s best to spread out doses for half life. i would say 300mg or 400mg per shot is more that sufficient.
