Rest day today, feel like I’ve been hit by a bus today so rest day has come just in time. Weight at 113.7kg, will add new diet below, going to calculate the cals out of interest because i feel like shit lol so it must be low. Not really sure if I’ve progressed this yr, not massively happy with how i look so if things don’t change then it’s back to.the drawing board. The plan was to compete in oct but i want to be competive so il assess as i go. I think i have a good enough eye to tell whether i can be competive or not.

Keep your head up and in the game mate. We all go through these times in prep especially when there’s external factors which we can’t prevent. like you say, as you get leaner you’ll have a better understanding of how you’ll look and if you’ve progressed in the right areas. If not then there’s always another show not too far away ????

It’s best to spread out doses for half life. i would say 300mg or 400mg per shot is more that sufficient.

    Unassisted i would say
    whey
    creatine
    L-glutamine
    vit D
    multivitamin
    Curcumin
    ashwagandha
    coq10
    ALA

assisted you could add something like Love heart (remove coq10 if.you take this), Glutathione liposomal, liver stack, ip6. The above would be dependent on blood work readings.

Reduce your evening meal and spread your cals through the day a little more. Fasted cardio like Louis said is very good for appetite.

Thank you everyone for chipping in!! @ryanpetford  would these insulin pins be something like the single use 1ml on the Exchange Supplies site?? no issues using same pin to draw up as injecting??

Yes m8, i use the all in one pins, extraction takes a while. Aslong as you clean the vial and the area your injecting. The pin doesn’t really blunt as Its so small. Obviously use a new pin every jab.

    Hey m8,

if you got on well with that then Its fine, ive used oranges and blues in the past. Insulin pins are great as they leave next to no scar tissue. Just takes a while to load them up if you have the all in ones. I’ve used Exchange supplies for a while, should ship to Ireland.

I always used the blue ones up until now to pin my quads (side delts and quads are only place I pin). What exactly is the difference with an orange needle?[/quote]
Just smaller m8, good for areas without so much bfat.

@ryanpetford the hook grips are better than the straps ?

I have found hook grips good for Pull downs and pull ups as it illuminates some grip, which can aggravate. I use straps for all other pulling movements.

If it’s stressing you out too much m8 i wouldn’t do it. Obviously if your actively looking to drop weight or preparing for a show it can help but you can just change other variables. Drop 350kcals or so from your diet and you won’t need the extra steps.
