Hey, do you really feel you need it? so many better things to use to drop b.fat now. I personally wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, Jamie the giant has experience using this in the past but stopped and looked much better off it, be interesting to know his thoughts.

As Hilly said. Love Heart by JP is also a great product to improve cholesterol and Glutathione liposomal for liver healt, supplementneeds also do a liver product like Hilly sais. Mine have been within range on both my bloods recently whilst on cycle.

salmon and nut butter would be a good combo for.meal 1. or steak and eggs. check the packets for protein and fat content to calculate your makros. Some meats may vary so checking the lables gets you in a good habit of makro counting. My fitness pal is pretty accurate and has a scanner to scan food barcodes.

Pull day today. Snatch RDLs went back in today after 2 weeks of rest from them. Felt good to be back doing them. More adjustments to diet, i will add below. Been a stressful few days, we have a new pup and looking after my sisters pup and now our other dog is sick ????. Been alot of vet trips and running around. Not 100% on competing now, not very happy with how I’m looking and don’t feel i could realistically compete for a pro card. Still my mind may change as i get leaner if i start to look okay. current weight 113.5kg.

So for the Clenbuterol, is there like a off period you would do if you were to do 2 weeks straight? Or it’s a 8 week straight use?

Noted, would you introduce cheat meals during the rebound phase or after the rebound phase.
I’m looking to try it for my last show which is the 13th October, why I’m looking to try it then is all my natural shows will be finished and the last show is non natural so I would want to finish the season at my best at least or give it all I’ve got on stage.
For the usage of Clenbuterol, I was thinking of going 2 days on and 2 days off. Never used any sort of drugs before so would you say that’s an appropriate approach?

I prefer to use my usual food sources during prep. Off season il have a couple of meals off for socialising etc so this could be done in a rebound phase. I would prefer to keep clem a consistent, so ine a day for 2 weeks then look at increasing to 2. Don’t run for longer than 8 weeks ideally.

I currently pose every single day as I’m still on prep and still doing shows and will bare that in mind to that in my off season as well.
Thanks for the advice once again.
I’m looking to use test first before introducing other drugs, do you think that’s appropriate going forward?
As I mentioned to Haider, I’m looking to utilise what you recommend and do a natural rebound for 8 weeks.
Is 8 week rebound enough?
Also Clenbuterol, if I were to use it for an example. After the usage do I need to get my blood work done? Or do it before the usage of it.

yer 8weeks is good but you will know when your stalling, keep your b.fat within reasonable levels and utilise carbs instead of over using them. Clembuterol wise for a short period of time they work well to aid fat loss during prep. Small amounts won’t impact your blood work enough to be concerned, start at 20mcg and don’t go above 80mcg.

Thanks for the advice, I’m looking to start my first test cycle only on the 9th December which is 8 weeks post competition from the 13th October.
I’m going to go for the natural rebound and utilise the 8 weeks post show before my first cycle as Ryan recommended.
Would you say to get my blood check still during the cycle 6 weeks in or just check it during my rebound phase. Or there’s no point as you said I’ll be fine as I’m still natural.

Your blood work should be fine as your natural, getting it done 6 weeks into your 1st course will allow you to check your oestrogen response and will give you an idea on the best antioes protocol, post them on here when you get them. I don’t think there is buddy, there’s plenty on YouTube, if you find a link and want to make sure it’s correct post it on here so we can advise.
