    Sounds good, i tend to power nap when i can but never more than an hr. Ideally 7 to 8 straight does me good but everyone is different.

    Bone broth on order. So stuck to the plan about 80% due to 18 hours overtime so less calories and more output. 4lbs down and feel very tired during the day, and bit dehydrated too. Adding 1l of water daily and maybe the tiredness is my body adjusting to using fats as energy?

    hey, yes could be and the long hours. If it doesn’t improve add 5g coconut oil to 2 meals.

    Hi Ryan, so I added 5g coconut oil to both breakfast and meal 2 and feel better. I’ve also mixed up fats each meal so rather than just have avocado in one meal and nut butter in another,  I’m having both. Feel more satiated along with adding a bit more spinach too. Let’s see what the scales say.

    As a classic physique competitor what is the limit in terms you don’t want to use it too much to the point where you lose the classic shape.

    I’m looking to take a year off from competing and focus on improving for 2021.

    Personally never more than 500mg test per week ever (build up from 250 over a very long period), no insulin, GH only at low levels 2iu per day for example, other compounds like NPP or mast E at moderate doses (300mg per week). Come off for 3 to 4 months of the yr initially. Don’t over eat to avoid extension of the stomach, don’t use aggressive fat burners for long periods of time. Slow and steady, this is the approach i have taken a anyway. This would be a similar approach to those of the 70s and early 80s of thats the look you want. Posing is everything, pose until your body naturally flows into poses, this takes a long time.

    Decent push session today, Harry is 3 weeks out and we are still pushing. Weights moving nicely, workout below:
    calfs to start, 3 x working sets standing calf raise.
    pec dec warm up
    dbell inc press, 2 x working sets
    iso HS flat press, 2 x working sets
    wide grip dips banded, 3 x working sets
    cable x over, 3 working sets
    shoulder press elbows in, 2 working sets
    side lateral quad drop
    stretch and 100reps of abs

    you could or you could utilise a good natural rebound then when things slow add the test, i would probably do that, get the most natural gains possible then when you have maxed out add something. Only do it if you are 100% tho.

    So are you saying I should get my blood done in 6 weeks time that will lead to 3 weeks before ending my competition season?

    Do you think it would effective for me to utilise it in my rebound?

    Hey, head to his log and scroll down the videos. Blood work 6 weeks after starting your 1st cycle should you choose to do it. It would be beneficial at stage but a rebound may have even more dramatic results.

    I personally eat 4 no carb meals and 1 or 2 off meals if I’m away and not competing. This means your not going to feel too lethargic or put on alot of excess weight when away. Your main goal should be to enjoy it but taking a tub or protein, some nut butter and tins of meat will mean you don’t miss too many meals.

    CK is usually always high in those who train, how long did you rest before the test? test wise Its unlikely to get better, what PCT did you run? TRT may be the next step.

    Hey,
    Jordan has done a good video on 1st time courses.

    personally i would do 250mg test E on Its own or with something like NPP. Anti oes wise will depend on blood work so get bloods done 6 weeks in, Aromasin should be sufficient tho.
