Jordan in the off season would you also use dbol or oxys like you are the anavar to get the strength benefits pre workout only as I remember from your video you state it can cause gi issues.
Have you ever tried just whey or whey isolate intra instead of eaa, bcaa im just trying to think affordability as im about to come off my diet into bulk.

Sas i see given your macros for your non training day its now been geared with more carbs less fat is there a specific reason behind this as i was under the impression jordan preferred higher fat lower carbs on these days. Do you find carbs sit better for you than fats.

Sas as you previously worked with aceto from what i understand he splits carbs throughout all meals until they start to get lowered. Jordans style seems different were its pre intra post and then post post so there could be 2 meals without carbs so your cramming more carbs for bigger meals. Sorry to ramble on but just wonder if you noticed anything digestion wise going to this approach from having roughly the same amount per meal to say a heavy loaded dose post workout. Do you feel either or works or what works best in your opinion.

Sas you seem to be like me with liking coffee as much. How many would you say you have per day and is there certain times you wouldn’t have some e.g been told its not good to have a coffee after a workout supposedly there is studies that say its not a good time.
Also seen you inst for the protein sludge is that just protein powder mixed with water.

Jordan what brand of extra virgin olive oil do you like anything in particular. Whats your thoughts on using rapeseed oil as an alternative.

I see you mainly use almond butter for your fats as there a specific reasoning behind this or does this just sit best for you. Currently i have been using raw almonds. Cashews with the odd bit off butter. Have also been using coconut oil but going on your comment saying its just ok i am now thinking of changing this.

I see when you use nut butters its mostly almond is there a reason for this over the likes of peanut butter. Would you ever use raw almonds instead of the butter or are they pretty much equal.

With the new training split Jordan how long are you finding yourself in the gym for to complete sessions

It doesnt affect my appetite it just affects my stools. It was mentioned to me that it might be due to orals causing issues with liver but dont know if there is any truth in that.
