When you were off season and were doing the push pull legs I remember you saying you were able to recover better than the likes of Jordan so you had a lot of rest pause and muscle rounds etc in which Jordan didn’t. Can you give a sample layout of the push pull legs split you followed as its something I am thinking of starting but not sure were to add the rest pause and muscle rounds. No need to give specific exercises just a brief outline of the split you followed. Thanks in advance.

Thanks sas which kind of steak would you go for or would you tend to opt for say lean mince instead so easier to digest.

Corinne is it possible you can post up the recipe for the muffins as I’m just about to finish my clean up diet and these look to be a good addition.

Jordan what sort of steak is your preference in your diet and would you change it off season.

Sas you used to see you eat alot of flank steak but seems hard to get where i live what do you think of skirt steak as an alternative when trying to keep it lean cuts. When in off season do you ever switch to fattier meats like rib eye.

James i see you highly rating the vascu max and stimu max pre workouts. I am currently dieting and cant find the nutrition details on these and just wondered if you could tell me if there are any carbs/sugar in them as i am trying to stay with basicly calorie free pre workouts at the moment.

Mort i could be wrong but that might be due to less carb content gram from gram as you state 200g. I was always told 100g dry weight rice to get it equal you would need to use 120g dry pasta or even oats as the rice has higher carb content.

Jordan i know you opt for HBCD now but before your digestion was as bad was there a point were you used waxy maize as i hear few people using that as it sits well at a fraction of cost.

Jordan with your meals do you use much sauces or do you tend to go for spices salt etc.

I am also wondering opinions on this as i tried before and it affected my appetite and digestion but was spreading the dosage across the day. I am being told it would help me greatly in my next bulk cycle but instead this time take x3 tabs pre workout only. Dont know if anybody else has any thoughts on this.

Sas what brand of sauerkraut do you use and do you just buy it from the supermarket.

Have you tried the whey or whey iso intra or have you always been bcaa. Eaa or cyclic dextrin.
