Have you guys looked into low stomach acid as this mimics alot of symptoms that your expressing. I had some of the same issues and currently taking betaine hcl with meals and the difference is unreal. If you look into reasonings behind there is alot on very low or no stomach acid kick starts alot of these symptoms and so called diseases but when you can get the levels correct your issues are sorted. The trick is trying to find the dose suited to you and what your eating.

Just noticed in @jordanpeters blog a think he has avocado per 100g is 15g fat which above would be correct for 10.

I think im struggling with digesting fats so looking into this. Could you also recommend which betaine hcl your using.

Personally i work some nightshifts and need to split my meals to 5 instead of the notmal 6. I split protein from the 6th meal over 5 then with the carbs and fats i split into other meals that suits so if its training day i would add more carbs pwo and fats were i see fit. This means i can get to sleep at a better time and try catch up as i may have only had 4 hours sleep after work and need to switch to dayshift the following day.

Stephen which sauerkraut do you recommend as all brands i have seen seem to be pasteurised etc from the likes of tesco and asda. @evalution-coaching

Sas you mentioned your gut was playing up so was introducing peppermint gel caps and sauerkraut. Just wondered what brand and dosing you use the peppermint caps. Also whilst your in prep by adding the sauerkraut would you measure the amount you want in a meal or do you see it as negligible calories.

Thanks for the advice i will get them ASAP. All meals at present have asditional fats ranging from 10g to 25g per meal from oils, nuts, nut butters or coconut oil but about to start dieting so this will come down. What is the most per day you would take.

Thanks for the reply and the oily faeces is my symptoms sometimes it can be worse than others. So as you say it might be lipase i need to supplement with then.

Thanks for the input on that Dean. Im not sure what my issue is then and will need to investigate further. When i described my symptoms to a person who seemed knowledgeable he said he believed i was suffering from fat malabsorption and bile salts/ox bile could help.

With the bile salts i felt it made digestion worse felt a bit bloated and when going to the toilet felt like it was like acid if you get me. Soon as i stopped them these symptoms stopped.

Don’t mean to be a pain but on the pull and legs workouts can you give examples of the set up with rest pause muscle rounds etc as you did for push it would be much appreciated. I am about to start dieting and switching to this set up from a stint at powerbuilding training.

You mention ox bile has helped you well with fat digestion which is something i am looking to try as i have tried pretty much everything else like bile salts etc which made it worse. How would you recommend implementing and what sort of dosages. My fat intake is moderate i would say to the amount of carbs i eat also as i tend to out better weight on with eating a little more fat in my diet rather than just keep cramming carbs in.
