Potassium im not sure tbh sodium i salt every meal 6 grinds of salt plus a little in sauces used. Im having issues with digestion so not sure if this is the cause either.

I meant on the bottle of ALA it says not to go over the recommended dose of 1 tab but was sure it would be fine to use more often. Inrecently stopped dieting and have now went higher carb than before but noticed holding more water at midsection than normal so hope using this will help.

I ask this only because every bottle i have seen states dont use more than recommended dose which is usually 1 tab although im aware this may not be true and accurate.

Can you elaborate on this.

I see alot using ravenous but there is never a clear guideline on how best to use. Can any of the guys here make comments or is it down to individual.

Im not competing but dieting probably another 2 weeks left before i start to build again. I wouldnt say its because its stiff leg i would say im doing it pretty spot on just don’t know if there just not recovering or a weaker link compared to my back.

Interested to see how its laid out with sets and intensity techniques as im nearing end of my diet and think i have the volume a touch high and thinking of reducing when i switch back to bulking.

I work alot and generally a day at the weekend i pre prepare 3-4 syringes to do me the following week and had no issues.

So is millet just like oats nutritional wise and cooking wise then.

No i only take it with meals with meat i was doing every protein meal but noticed when taking it with other meals that had whey or fish etc it made the tummy upset so i dose it depending what and how much im eating.
