Thanks for the advice and ill give it a go. The doctors have just come back and said they just noticed my bloods are showing slightly elevated b12 but everything else is showing within range. Im not sure if this can be part of my issue.

@drdeanstmart thanks do you also advise the 2 days also as a fast or would 1 be sufficient. If it is the bile acid malabsorption do you think the fasting would help and correct it.

Yes pretty much. Appetite fine no headaches. I sleep ok but nothing from my normal as have never been the best of sleeper. I generally feel good except with the toilet issues some days just feel like giving up.

I never thought about a fast for that long but might be worth a try then.

I have given a stool sample just waiting on they results coming back. Im not the keenest on antibiotics have never taken them but if it will help me sort things i would give it a bash.

Symptoms are diarrhoea 4-8 times a day. Sometimes all loose others its hard to see as the water in the bowl just goes either a yellow or dark brown colour. Sorry about being graphic although an odd toilet can be fine. I have tried everything to alter diet wise with varying carbs fats etc. I have also tried rotating foods but none of that has worked to be honest which is why im not convinced 100% its ibs as im sure reading into that its more that its from foods thats the issue. I think my body is either under producing or over producing something which is the root cause but can only go with what doctors are saying for now.

Jordan as your eating more whole meals i assume your digestion is alot better as you normally mention it can be a struggle. Is there anything specific your implementing for it or just monitoring the foods your intaking.

The way people go on about them these days as if there a must but if you look at alot of peoples diets there isnt much there in some. I personally have always had them but at the same time been having digestive issues and now i have removed them for a couple of days it appears to be clearing. I did all the tricks with rotating sources etc but it appears if its green it doesn’t sit well.

I see your diet on training days now only says veggies in last meal but every meal on rest days is there a reason behind this.

Jordan i see your diet mentions no veggies except a greens powder is this all you use. Do you typically stay low fibre due to digestion issues.

@drdeanstmart yes they are a light shade of brown and sometimes just water tbh as bad as it sounds through trial and error it does seem to be low stomach acid now im just trying to figure out dosage etc which is appearing tricky to nail down.
