Based on it being after meal 2/3 you will need to remove 1 of the following at a time to assess which is the issue. It could be the oats/milk in meal 1, sourdough in meal 2. It could be eggs if you have histamine issue or it might be when you eat the pasta it boils you over your limit to gluten exposure. Sometimes digestion isnt just about a food it can be down to having to much of said food. Hope that helps.

Thanks Max really appreciate the insight and will try that.
Also, thanks Claire I will try maybe a slow walk on the treadmill but it is sore even just walking normally as due to blood thinners I am limited on pain relief which is the most annoying part.

Thanks everybody for the suggestions so far which i have tried. I tend to find baby rice dear for what it is when i can eat the ground rice. i havent tried rice flakes so will give that a go. Im just more concerned with what little foods i have if my body starts to reject any of them i dont really have much other sources to go to.
@Hilly thanks for the detailed reply and will sure look into that. It would be interesting to try some oil and see how that sits as a fat source.

Cheers for comments guys. I have removed it for the ground rice which seems fine. Will give it a few days then try hilly suggestion and see how it goes then.

Thanks for the replies guys. Ive removed it for now and will try it again and see if i get the same reaction.

How are you preparing it and are you mixing it with a protein powder? It may well be that and not the COR causing the issue.

http://www.trainedbyjp-nutrition.com – highest quality supplements on the market.Clare thanks for the reply. I mainly have it without powder as i cany only handle so much and needs to be isolate so i normally just have chicken on the side which sits fine. I just boil the kettle and mix it until it gets a thickick consistency and sometimes if its a little more watery if a put too much in i fling it in microwave for 30s or so. [/quote]

Strange. Do you have any problems with any other rice based products?_________________________________________

No it seems to be the main carb source that sits well with me always use jasmine rice. Ground rice from whitworth also seems fine but with cereals they can give me issues. -

Hilly see when making your ice cream and using egg whites is that from the carton or do you ever go old school and crack the eggs but just remove yolks thanks.
Not sure if you missed this mate or its a silly question just wondering if both could be used thanks.

Very difficult to answer as like I said its basically a form of cortisol.
If someone had supraphysiological levels of androgens, then possibly this may override the potential negative consequence of the supplemental cortisol.
I would also be trying to assess the root cause of the bowel inflammation to help minimise any potential triggers._________________________________________

Thanks for that dean and i am on cycle so hopefully it will over ride the negative ill need to monitor best i can.
In finding the root cause would that be getting to the bottom of which ibd i may be suffering from etc or is it something else. Is there a scenario i can help/try myself to do this without doctors thanks again.

Prednisone is a corticosteroid – it behaves very similarly to cortisol.
It won’t effect the gut mucrobiome but bare in mind you will be basically supplementing with cortisol which will then have a knock on effect to lowering your own natural cortisol production._________________________________________

Thanks for that Dean. Is there anything i should be doing or taking to make sure or at least minimise any chance of it effecting me in a negative way for building muscle at the moment.

I just use bacon medallions rather than the turkey
How do you rate them and are you like James just add them as an add on or a source of protein. Also how much protein is it per slice of them thanks.
