I don’t think that knee has too many miles left before it packs in haha becoming very hard to kneel down at all now during the day

That was a mistake sorry I take proviron every day. Winny on training days -
200-300mg test e weekly will be a perfect diet cycle. You won’t need to take any more.
Keep aromasin on hand incase you need it/ you probably won’t
Don’t over think it. Eat super healthy, hydrate fully, sleep well and train hard. And enjoy the newbie gains

Leg day today + 800g carbs. Session went well , still quite a bit of pain in my left knee. Especially behind it lot of grinding and crunching when doing ham curls. And dull deep ache when doing extensions
I almost don’t want to get it checked cos I don’t want someone to tell me my knee is messed up from 27 years of lifting lol
So I’m gonna just crack on for now. Hopefully it won’t effect my leg size this year on stage
Chris is happy. Back to 470 carbs tomorrow. No changes to the plan

256.1 today so same weight ish. Rest day today. Just sent Chris my check in
Tomorrow is high day , 800g carbs , plus legs.
Today I’ve worked mostly, had a dreaded dentist appointment. Haven’t been in 10
Years haha silly me. I expected the worst especially with how much honey I eat! Buuut not too bad, I need 1 filling and a clean. Otherwise healthy gyms and teeth. Super lucky . I’ll keep up the check ups from now lolNothing else to report really

Try reducing sodium. With a cycle like that + Lantus + gh you’ll be very sensitive to sodium. Cut salt and use low sodium salt … JP helped me with this also.

Good sign physique wise, bad for me since Chris has given me another high day for leg day in 2 days. I just don’t enjoy high carbs at all haha but needs must
Today I look much better. Muscles look fuller but hard, skin tighter too

Chest day today. Felt great. Firing on all cylinders and valves and everything else : D body feels super efficient and healthy. Recovery between sets is fast , and I feel like I can train for hours.
Peptides definitely kick in so well in prep, for me this is where I FEEL them working the most

Today is higher carb day. Not crazy high, an increase of 350g ish carbs. So just over 800 carbs today compared to the usual 470.
Just same foods, oats, honey, white rice. Nothing exciting
I didn’t feel flat or tired. But Chris clearly sees that my body will benefit if extras food. Maybe looked a lot it’s flat in yesterday pics which I would agree with
Overall I feel great.

Super smooth prep so far. I’m very happy. I’ve never been so chilled in prep even compared to last year.

I haven’t used Clen for years so haven’t tried quanta but from what I hear their stuff is quite good so maybe it’s just how you’re reacting to it

258.1 so weight actually dropped slightly which I didn’t expect, it though the dropped after rest day was a rest day drop but dropped again after yesterdays leg day.
Definitely leaning out quite considerably right now. I can notice it in my face , clothes etc
In the gym I feel AMAZING. Training is much better under 260, i feel like I can train for hours.
I missed this feeling lol. I’m definitely happiest in prep these days
