258.5 today so considerable drop after rest but I think it’ll go back up after today’s leg day we’ll see

Feel leaner for sure, last 2-3 days I’ve changed quite fast which is promising.

470g ish carbs, no cardio, no Clen, and I’m tightening up so that’s a good sign for now

Leg day today. Left knee worse again, so shortened rest times and lightened the load , but the pump was crazy and I definitely pushed to the limit so that’s good enough

Legs and calves
Standing calf raises 5 x 10-20
Abductors 3 x 10-15
Kick back machine 2 x 10-15
Laying ham curls 2 x 10-15
Seated ham curls 2 x 10-15
Leg extensions 4 x 20-30
Smith squats 3 x 8-12
Adductors 2 x 10-15

260 lbs today. Feel leaner. Chris is very happy with today’s check in pics.

No changes.

Rest day today. Appetite starting creep up finally. Feels nice not forcing meals , get to somewhat enjoy them.

Spend most of today working; client check ins and other work. Some family time.

Ready for leg day tomorrow

260.3 today. Dropped couple lbs since lowering some calories.

Feel leaner. See what Chris says

Chest session was great , low – moderate volume , feels good just focusing on 1 or 2 sets again.

See how I yo-yo between different training styles ?? And it works. You’ll see when I step on stage in Germany. And it’s worked for 27 years for me 😉

Not much else to report

Chest and calves
Seated toe press 6 x 10-50
Incline machine press 2 x 10-15
Cable dip press 2 x 10-12
Pec dec seated 2 x 8-12
Decline press 1 x 11
Cable fly 2 x 8-15

You split proviron and winstrol am pm or only prework?

262 today FINALLY Chris has cut some food out. I tonight the day would never come and I’ll be cursed with high food forever haha , this may come back and bite me later on in the prep !

He’s removed the fat from nuts last meal.

removed all the rice from meal 5 and a portion of the rice from meal 4

So I’d say around about 180 carbs and 25 fats removed

This + the 50 winny + the 50 proving

Supple see a nice changes over the next few days / week

Also I’m having 12iu insulin (fast) with meal 1 , not sure I mentioned that before sorry

Great back season you. I’ve lowered volume for now as joint pain has been

Increasing , it’s interfering with day to day stuff so I’m switching training to lower volume. For now at least

Nothin else to report for now. Let’s get LEAN

Back and Abs

Rope ab crunches 5 x 10-20

Assisted pull ups – 4 different grips – 1 work set on each 8-12 reps

Low row singles 2 x 8-12

High row 2 x 8-12

Underhand pull dons 2 x 6-10

Deadlift (half way) 2 x 10-15
All pre workout buddy

It’s worked for me in the past. Just got for long periods (few weeks and I have t stop)

So if it feels good right now. Ride the wave , just be mindful of recover

But I think if you can afford the time, one night session will always win

262.5 tiny drop but that could be anything

Rest day today. Sent Chris pics. He’s happy. Said I look rounder and definitely agree. He’s added…

50mg winny
50mg proviron

Daily.

Other then that plan is the same for now so no changes

Winny and proviron will help start harden me up a bit

I like what I see so far.
Upper body is SO much more balanced now compared to last season.

I’m looking forward to showing you guys the progress that I’ve made.

We don’t miss : D

1mg tb & BPC fasted

1mg mot c fasted

300mcg SLU fasted

1mg mot c pre workout

300mcg SLU pre workout

Next week I’ll add 5 amino, ss31, ado

Sasan ,Mots c , ghkcu , bpc and tb500 you calculate to use it long term bro … 12-16-20 weeks ??

Ss31 you use it at small cycles ?? You use it every day 1mg per day or use it more the dosage which suggest it at 5mg per day ??

You have see any benefits in your health and bloods. Now with ss31 or mots c ??
Healing peptides + mot c i will just lost of this year

Ss31 I’ll use in contest prep now, 1 mg per workout

My bloods are usually quite good. My hematocrit is always a little high so is LDL but otherwise been fine 🙂
Ss31 has any health benefits in kidneys ??

Mots c and some other such Reta is good to fix insulin sensitivity…

Hematocrit you have more than 52 ??? Is this and from EQ … maybe and bp you have little high but believe this fix it with Telmisartan

Telmisartan u take 40 or 80 per day with eq ??

For hematocrit you make any donate every 2-3 months ?
Not sure about ss31 effects on kidney buddy . I like the energy boost

80 telmisartan

Even without eq my Hema sometimes a little high but right now it’s ok when I take telmisartan yes 🙂

I need to give blood. But that doesn’t fix it. Body just creates more blood.

1-1.5 hours is perfect fine. Letting rue body settle into a less stressed / amped up state before eating is an actually a very good idea.

My post is around 1-2 hours after training also. I sip on aminos whilst I train which I think is also a good
Idea so your muscles are fed some form of essential aminos acids at least

261 today down 1 lb.

I post a video yesterday on my YouTube channel of a full day of eating off season edition. Last week. 7200 calories if anyone watches it let me know what you think : )

Feel great today. Legs feeling fragile from yesterday which is a good sign.

Definitely feel like I’m tightening up a little bit every day

So the peptides and cutting out junk food is doing its thing

Delts today felt great. Fully pumped. Great strength

Enjoyed the first week of prep : D

Delts and abs
Rope ab crunches 5 x 10-30
Smith upright rows 3 x 8-12
Smith shrugs 3 x 8-12
Db side laterals 3 x 8-12
Db rear fly 3 x 10-15
Cable rear fly 3 x 10-15

Hi Adriano… so how long have you been using this program ? And have you seen good results ? Recovering well? Etc …?

If yes, then it’s working just fine. If not and you have issues than we can dive deeper and help you.

From my experience, lots of different setups can work , it depends on the individual

Can be placedo, and other variable to make you feel good / stronger. Diet , good sleep, low stress etc can all
Attribute that to too.

BUT test readings can fluctuate depending on what time of day you take the sample.

How long do you give that 60mg to kick in?

On the blood results you can get picture by checking free T, Shbg , albumin , these should change

Also if e2 goes up, this causes a lower T Reading

If you feel good, and you got the test grim a trusted source , give it a couple more weeks and re test

You can always send a sample of the test e to get tested too
