262 today holding steady at this weight. Getting better every day. Tighter and rounder

Just removing the cheats and adding a clean meal has had such a big effect on my body.

This is why my like cheats / off plans /
Different foods in the off seasons. Even with my clients I make sure we through in plenty of high days.

Every time I just see my / clients bodies react so well once we flip that prep switch. Body sees change and reacts much more willingly

Not saying it’s the best way. Just how I prefer it and some of guys. Not all of them.

Chris is happy. Zero changes to the plan

Legs today. Left knee feels crappy again but I’ll work around it

    Legs and calves
    Toe press 6 x 10-30
    Abductors 3 x 10-15
    Kick back machine 3 x 10-15
    Laying ham curls 5 x 10-15
    Leg extensions 5 x 15-20
    Smith squats 4 x 8-12
    Adductors 3 x 10-15

Sent him pics again today and he’s happy. Said I look more dense. Plan stays the same, I check in again tomorrow

No complaints from me either. I’m relaxed and focused. Boxes get ticked every day and I just get on with it : )

So yesterday was rest day. I woke up 265 that morning.

Rest day diet was posted above.

Today, 263. Chris is happy with today’s pics, he said sharper but he expect weight to slow down now , so think a pot of what I’ve lost was water. Because I actually feel bigger lol

No change yet. He said weight will steady now and I’ll start to look fuller at this weight. And he’s rarely ever wrong

By far the biggest 260-265 I’ve been

    back and abs today

    High row 3 x 10-15

    Single low row 3 x 6-10

    Chest support row 2 x 8-12

    Wide grip pull downs 3 x 6-10

    Single arm pull downs 3 x 10-15

    Rope ab crunches 5 x 10-30

Do you mainly eat the same exact meals on rest days just no intra and lower carbs? [/quote]
Pretty, I’ll post my training and rest day diet below for you : )

I had my first son after coming off cold turkey. Took me 5 months to start getting my sperm count back the bother 3-4 months to get Mrs pregnant

At 29, if you stayed off longer you might have been ok but it’s a waiting game

My 2nd was conceived on cycle. I don’t want to come off again as I was competing,

If you’re back on, you can try what Hilly has written. That’ll work. But pick one and don’t change direction again. I’m too happen!

It’s more the carrier oil that’s used rather then eater. Some Carrier oils are cheap / synthetic and will cause pain. But even some good oils can react if that persons body doesn’t like it.

But also sometimes short esters can sting too
