Maybe not the best answer I do know a few clients who have had the same thing happen, and thing that helped them was just staying consistently lean / getting leaner over a long period of time, living and eating as healthy as possible, that skin should start to slowly tighten up.

250 today it’s not budging. But again I’m ok with it. Longer I hold this condition, the more efficient my body will stay when I do get heavier .
I am making changes to diet and cycle this week though , test will go up a touch and so will food
Mid week high / cheat day will come into play soon too. Maybe
Chest day today went great. I upped pre oats to 200g, and yesterday test went up so it has helped already.
Did my 8 sets on flat barbell bench worked up to 140 for a couple sets which is heaviest I’ve been since my pec test 8 weeks ago.Kept range of motion a little shorter today to try take out delts and triceps, and it worked a treat. Pecs felt super pumped
I skipped calves as they felt tight still from last session
Chest
Flat barbel bench 8 x 10-15
Incline hammer 4 x 8-12
Flat machine press 4 x 8-12
Flat db fly 3 x 8-10
Seated machine fly 4 x 12-15 -
Ignore him SAS he’ll find some muscle one day. Do you ever feel mast can give you a flat feeling. Obviously we know it doesn’t block estrogen but can inhibit the sites & mask the sides but a lot of people myself including find them selves feeling flat when they go say over 200mg even with a high test dose?

So in the past yes I’ve had that feeling for sure. I usually wouldn’t go over 500 mast and that would be alongside 800-1000 test. So I think it comes down to the individual and the feedback the bodies give at particular times. Last week I did start to feel mentally flat like that. So this week (I have to update) I’ve upped test a little and that feeling has subsided. I won’t be on mast for too much longer for this reason, I’ll go back to eq I feel great on that stuff -
Right I see. Totally understand regarding that much performance fuel. What I would do is start with a smaller shot of insulin, maybe 3iu, have some sugars in your bag incase, anything could be haribo sweets and see how you get on.
If you feel fine, increase by 1iu next time… and so on. But always keep sugars in your bag. I sometimes take a squeeze bottle of honey or jam. Cheap fast sugars ti save me if I need / am experimenting with insulin -
You’re saying take 4-5iu pre and not have carbs till straight after training? Novo will be active and effective within 15 minutes. The carbs you had 45 minutes prior might be suffice. So you’re risk going hypo or at very least having a rubbish session.
I’d rather you save it till post workout. Then do a bigger shot with extra carbs. Much safer

Weight down after high day. 250
little confusing, but I was quite active and maybe didn’t go as hard on my off plan meal. I added roughly 400g clean carbs 100g fats to my regular meals, then evening time I had 1 cheese burgers, 1 fries, 6 wings, 1 family size dairy milk bar, 4 cookies.This happens to me after ever hard diet / prep. This is why every off season I end up 70-80% calories clean, rest what ever. BUT this doesn’t mean just junk food. I mean more calories dense “non typical bodybuilder” foods like butter, full fat cheese, cream, full fat milk, fattier cuts of steak, heavy breads, fried foods etc etc… works well for me and I grow better / get stronger and so on. And it’s more fun for me. Can be home cooked so it’s healthier.
The volume of clean food I need just doesn’t feel great. I think it helps create some of the distension we see in guts.
I’ll add more “density” to my meals slowly but for now I’ll keep increasing current foods.
More dense foods = more dense muscle.. right? Haha Sas brain says so ; )
Anyway awesome back session today regardless. Rack pulls to start and I’m still weak as shit on them but i don’t care, the volume and pace is high and I’m sure strength will go up. But when if it doesn’t, I’ll still grow my back a lot from them anyway

100 to 200 mgs is not uncommon at all.
Is it necessary though. That’s the question. I personally know an IFBB pro that has never used that much. And like I said, pharma quality- 25-50mgs garnished incredible results.[/quote]
I think its awesome that we have a world class bodybuilder like Sas breaking every “rule” you see on IG and such showing us there are many ways to do things and its up to everyone to find out what works best for them. I do not see this as a problem at all.

Hey Sas, I’m reference to off-seasons, you always seem to make crazy improvements, I will be doing an off season pretty season, it’ll be my last one I do.
Hard to give a general answer and I know these questions are annoying but what would be the best bang for buck cycle for 3-4 months to maximise things for one last time? Happy to push the boat out from a food and AAS perspective, not overly pushed with using GH any insulin
Have run up to 1.5g before mainly test/primo/mast and a little tren
Hey bud. If it was me…. This is hard to answer because what I do might only work for me… So 1.5-2g weekly is a pretty solid dose to make a lot of gains for any one. Most gains I’ve made were on between 600-1000mg. Maybe choose different compounds, I’d opt for eq over primo for size, tren at lose dose is fine. I like anadrol too bang for buck but you have to watch your blood pressure and blood count
Gh can help but I don’t think it’s the be all for size… insulin can help a lot. Sporadic use for me is more effective, 1-2 times weeks, not daily

I completely agree. I’m asking questions and stirring up a conversation that gets others to think.
For example- I lived in the middle east for 2 years. I could walk into a pharmacy and go straight to the fridge and get any brand of Pharmaceutical GH I wanted, and for CHEAP. It’s actually so cheap that I did an “experiment” I took GH at all sorts of times during the day/night. I took it on some days, and I sometimes wouldn’t take it for a day or two as well, if I was traveling within the country, or abroad. I remember leaving two Saizen cartridges on my balcony by accident on day. In the shade it was in the low 30’s and I found them a couple of days later. I used them both. The point I’m trying to make is that in the Bodybuilding community we here the same regurgitated information about GH for example. Take it here, take it there, take it only at these times, only take this amount if you want x and y results, and so on.. there were days and even weeks where my dosage would vary from 6-10IU. Point is, I got the exact same results, as I get now, on a consistent basis, with 2-3IU of Pharmaceutical GH. In regards to the Anadrol. At some point there’s diminished return. For me personally 25-50mcgs a day, produces phenomenal results for me. I’ve also used Anadrol in a cutting phase. Low dose works for that too. It absolutely is about what works for each individual. I was pointing out that less is more. That’s just my personal opinion.

Same weight again today 252 and pretty hungry so todays high food day will go down perfectly
I’ll probably start the day with my usual meals but add more of the same foods. Then as the day goes I’ll eat what ever I fancy. So I’ll update you guys this evening on how’s it’s going
I feel this is the best 252 I’ve looked since at least 2017, apart from wanting to bring up certain areas and overall size, I’m happy and excited to see how this off goes for sure : D

150-200mgs of anadrol is absolutely ridiculous. That’s more than the pros I’ve heard of using. 25-50mgs of Pharma (Abdi Ibrahim) Anadrol produces AMAZING results. Less in more.

Anyway very good arm day today. No complaints. I can see where I do need the extra good / body weight now to start really pushing training performance though.
High day tomorrow. One of my all day cheats maybe, or half day. See how I feel in the morning. But either way I’ll be eating big and some tasty foods I don’t usually eat through the week
