    And is this the general discussion section? Was it my opinion? No, my log, my way of doing things. You can question it for sure but don’t come here dictate your opinion and what you think is right or wrong.

    Same weight again today 252 and pretty hungry so todays high food day will go down perfectly

    I’ll probably start the day with my usual meals but add more of the same foods. Then as the day goes I’ll eat what ever I fancy. So I’ll update you guys this evening on how’s it’s going

    I feel this is the best 252 I’ve looked since at least 2017, apart from wanting to bring up certain areas and overall size, I’m happy and excited to see how this off goes for sure : D

    150-200mgs of anadrol is absolutely ridiculous. That’s more than the pros I’ve heard of using. 25-50mgs of Pharma (Abdi Ibrahim) Anadrol produces AMAZING results. Less in more.

    252 again today. Which is off because I do feel much better / fuller. Condition still decent too. I posted couple shots on my IG yesterday. I should really post here too shouldnt I

    Anyway very good arm day today. No complaints. I can see where I do need the extra good / body weight now to start really pushing training performance though.

    High day tomorrow. One of my all day cheats maybe, or half day. See how I feel in the morning. But either way I’ll be eating big and some tasty foods I don’t usually eat through the week

    Arms and calves
    Standing calf raises 5 x 10-15
    Close grip bar bench press 6 x 8-12
    Straight bar push downs 4 x 8-12
    Single underhand extensions 4 x 8-12
    Dip machine 2 x 15-20
    Db curls 4 x 8-10
    Rope hammer curls 4 x 12-15

    Hey Sas, I’m reference to off-seasons, you always seem to make crazy improvements, I will be doing an off season pretty season, it’ll be my last one I do.

    Hard to give a general answer and I know these questions are annoying but what would be the best bang for buck cycle for 3-4 months to maximise things for one last time? Happy to push the boat out from a food and AAS perspective, not overly pushed with using GH any insulin

    Have run up to 1.5g before mainly test/primo/mast and a little tren

    Hey bud. If it was me…. This is hard to answer because what I do might only work for me… So 1.5-2g weekly is a pretty solid dose to make a lot of gains for any one. Most gains I’ve made were on between 600-1000mg. Maybe choose different compounds, I’d opt for eq over primo for size, tren at lose dose is fine. I like anadrol too bang for buck but you have to watch your blood pressure and blood count

    Gh can help but I don’t think it’s the be all for size… insulin can help a lot. Sporadic use for me is more effective, 1-2 times weeks, not daily

    Don’t worry staying lean. This holds people back lately I see it all the time. Fat takes months to take off, muscle takes years to pack on. Eat big and eat right all the time

    SAS how do you dose your adex around your jabs? I currently don’t use & try to contol estrogen with primo & mast at the side of test/NPP. Similar total load to yourself but that’s my max off season. Do you not find adex slams your health markers? Thanks

    Hey bud I always like a small dose at least 0.5 adex weekly. I just always feel better, is it needed? Maybe not but I go by how I feel. It doesn’t touch my markers, luckily it takes quite a lot to throw mine off scale. I came up using adex throughout my seasons, always kept me in check.
    If you feel ok without, then don’t use it, but I’d definitely have some on hand.

    So this depends on where I am in my season, if I’m pushing hard and ending a push to trt fast, then push again soon as possible, then I’ll probably jump back into high ish 600+ weekly and work upwards after trt, but normally / if I’m doing a longer trt like end of the season, I will start lower like 300-400 and work up slowly. Make sense ?

    Diet and PED’s update

    CHANGES
    -swapped eggs for steak or chicken and added whey to meal 1
    -added around 100g more carbs

    1- 150g steak or chicken, 1 sc whey, 150g oats, 1 banana

    Train

    2- 3 JP whey, 150g oats, 100g blueberries, 15g pb

    3- 350g cooked beef/ steak, 250g rice

    4- 350g chicken, 250g rice

    5- 3 sc whey, 150g oats, 100g blueberries, 15g pb

    Cardio-
    30 minutes easy walk

    Cycle
    800 test E weekly
    700 masteron
    0.5 adex weekly
    3.6 gh fasted

    252 today so holding. Bumped food up a little more so I’ll update my diet later.

    Feel really good, still get random hits of tiredness but it could easily be lack of sleep too. I usually 7 hours. Past 2 weeks it’s gone to 6 ish so it can catch up. I’d love 8 hours but with coaching and having a toddler that’s not always possible lol

    It was meant to be arm day today. Got to the gym and just didn’t feel the arm day vibe so I did chest for a 2nd time this week because it just feels so flat. Arms tomorrow

    Chest as good. Just fast paced high volume pump session. Pumps were pretty crazy but did fade towards the end of the session so I can tell I’m still running on half full half empty tank.. but holding condition like this a little longer is always a bonus for metabolism so I’m not fussed.

    Chest
    Incline smith 6 x 15-20
    Incline panatta 4 x 8-12
    Decline plate loaded 4 x 10-12
    Cable fly 4 x 15-20

    I would personally run a health phase. So this allows to you push harder for longer when you crank things up. Really go for it then without worrying if cycle is getting too long

    So held 252 even with bump in carbs. Looks like I’m going to add cheat meals daily soon haha. But seriously I do like how high my metabolism is running.

    But I also want to get to 280 soon ish. My meals will start get more dense (higher good fats from animal and PB, higher protein and higher carbs) but also off plan meals will become more regular.

    I’ve suffered those horrible off season trying to force chicken and rice down my next every 2 hours, and to be honest it just didn’t work. Mentally I wasnt enjoying so my body didn’t play ball either. I come from a country with strong food culture. Food is a way of life

    Soon as I starting enjoying my foods, my body followed suit and grew better. Yes I got softer but so what, I’ll still get leaner then 95% of the best pros in the game and faster then them too. So I’m ok with getting soft and happy ; )

    But saying that, I do think I’ll stay leaner anyway this time. We’ll see

    Delts today felt awesome. Did seated hammer strength pinned shoulder press for my main compound and it felt good on my bad shoulder so I was happy
