    So held 252 even with bump in carbs. Looks like I’m going to add cheat meals daily soon haha. But seriously I do like how high my metabolism is running.

    But I also want to get to 280 soon ish. My meals will start get more dense (higher good fats from animal and PB, higher protein and higher carbs) but also off plan meals will become more regular.

    I’ve suffered those horrible off season trying to force chicken and rice down my next every 2 hours, and to be honest it just didn’t work. Mentally I wasnt enjoying so my body didn’t play ball either. I come from a country with strong food culture. Food is a way of life

    Soon as I starting enjoying my foods, my body followed suit and grew better. Yes I got softer but so what, I’ll still get leaner then 95% of the best pros in the game and faster then them too. So I’m ok with getting soft and happy ; )

    But saying that, I do think I’ll stay leaner anyway this time. We’ll see

    Delts today felt awesome. Did seated hammer strength pinned shoulder press for my main compound and it felt good on my bad shoulder so I was happy

    Delts and calves
    Donkey calf raises 4 x 15-20
    Seated mach shoulder press 8 x 10-12
    Bar bell upright rows 4 x 10-12
    Db side laterals 4 x 8-10
    Reverse pec dec 4 x 15-20

    Hey Sas, couple of questions for you, how long before your session do Uk usually take winstrol?

    And, can you please provide some background on your best push up in muscle, how did you go about it, duration, drugs used etc?

    Hey bud. I’ll take winny / anadrol or any oral like that around 3-4 hours before I train. But as close as 1.5-2 hours is fine too

    My biggest and best off season growth was 55-60 lbs in about 7-8 months. During this time I did 2 cycles of 600-800 test, 100-150mg anadrol pre workout, insulin 2-3 days weekly of 12-15iu with my pre workout meal. LOT of calories over 7k cals every day , 2.5k of them from cheat meals, muffins, cookies: [/quote]

    I gained 8 lbs stage weight that year. I gained quite a lot of fat but I get lean just as quick. Getting fatter let me use less anabolics.

    Anadrol is one most seem to stay away from these days due to gut/appetite. But it’s a powerhouse for size fulness and strength. For me it doesn’t effect digestion or appetite. It adds a lot of mass for me. I will use it every off season [/quote]

    Mate ask much as you want, it’s what I’m here for. To break the trends haha when up as coming up all the best bodybuilders I knew were the same. Basics and instinct . Anadrol wise, I don’t bloat off it so the gains I make I keep much the same as injectables. My body loves it. Compound wise off season I’m assuming… i actually prefer 2 injectables and 1 oral for the most part. Like test , eq and anadrol, or test mast and dbol, and so on. But i usually pick anadrol or superdrol as my orals

    Thats one of the things I like about you. I hear people say “You shouldnt do rack pulls” “You shouldnt do pump workouts” “You shouldnt do Anadrol in the off season” “You should only get 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight”
    And then we have Sas who does Rackpulls on Anadrol with 1 minute rest breaks and eating 350 grams of protein a day and is killing it! I like that a lot! People should be allowed to experiment.[/quote]
    Hahaha I like this comment : D wait for it I’ll be doing 10 sets of rack pulls on 500g protein and high anadrol at some point ; ) no set rules ever for me. I like doing what others aren’t doing a lot of

    3 lbs down today 252 and that’s with the additional food. My guess is the extra carbs have just added fuel to the metabolism fire and sped things up for now. And those rack pulls for back yesterday did take a lot of out. But I look tighter today but just as full so I’ll take it

    So today I’m adding an extra 150 carbs to try slow that loss. And it was leg day too so I didn’t want to fall short

    This is why I love going my feel and my bodies feedback daily.

    Legs was super, i woke up today and though “I want to do some squats” lol no reason other then just “want” so I started my leg sessions with 2 warm up sets on leg extensions then onto a high volume squat session. 6 sets 20 reps very light but 2 second pause in the hole. Fuck they felt hard! Legs were almost done on barely any weight.

    Then continued to focus on quads more isolation work. Left hams alone for the most part since they are still sore from that pull weeks ago

    Anything I want to try is 6 days training. My current volume and intensity is allowing very good recovery and I have fun training so why not. I’ll do my usual split body part, so every week 1 day gets done twice.

    I’ll update that next week

    Leg day
    Leg extensions 2 x 20 light
    Barbell squats 6 x 20
    Single leg press 4 x 15-20
    Leg extensions 4 x 10-15
    Standing ham curls 4 x 8-12

    You wrote that you did no GH in the off season, but you did run insulin pre workout if I remember correct ly. Does this mean you ran insulin without GH and this worked well for you? Some say you should run them together. I am using slin for the first time soon, but I am wonder if running it with GH is really a must. 🙂

    Correct I ran insulin without gh. I’ve done that a lot. And always works great for me. I don’t think it’s needed. Unless maybe at high pro level. Keeps you leaner yes. But that wasn’t my goal. The list of things I’ve done that most say shouldn’t be done is quite long : D

    SAS do you ever use T4 or T3 alongside your GH in an off season setting?

    No I only ever use t3 during a hard cut for a competition. Last 8-12 weeks.
    Never use t4 for myself

    Holding nicely at 255 today. Back training and man have I missed feeling great in the gym lol. You forget how fun training can be once you get stuck into dieting hard

    Feel full round lean (for now lol) will continue to hold 255 or creep up a little more this week. Then push harder. So far no rebound but my appetite is ridiculously high but nothing I can’t handle

    For back I out rack pulls in. Haven’t done them in years fancied giving them a go and they felt hard but awesome I’ll keep them in.

    Going back starting my sessions with a high volume (lots of sets) on a main compound try lift moderately heavy, then speed up with more pump work as the session progresses. Always works great for me when growing

    Back and abs
    Rack pulls 6 sets 8-10 reps
    Hammer s seated row 4 x 10-12
    Lat pull down wide 4 x 12-15
    Low row single arm 4 x 15
    Face pulls 4 x 15-20
    Rope crunches 5 x 15-20

    Yes mate but rarely use / used it off season. I grow well enough without, and I don’t like the risk vs reward.
    If I wanted a harder leaner look for some reason off season I’d use a low dose 150-250mg maybe for short periods .

    I think for you if trying to grow, put a bigger dose before bed as when sleeping, more growth/ recovery can happen.

    But I also split mine when I go over 4iu I will do maybe 2iu fasted, 3-4iu before bed. Then if I go higher I’ll do 2iu pre workout

    What I really like is that you do not follow a specific dogma for training or eating methods. You just go by what you feel and your instinct and it works so well.

    Many people want specifics on how many sets, how many reps in reserve, time of day to take their GH, etc etc. I think people should be better at experimenting and find out what works for them. Just like you did. Keep going Sas! 👍🙂

    I got taught very early to listen to my body because it’ll be my number 1 coach. And it suits my personality. I can’t take orders or follow rules lol. So wanted to try everything, the stuff that felts the best, gave me consistent results and allowed me to enjoy this journey the most is what I do.

    The way I always worked was just grow with little aas and high food in the off season. Yes I got soft compared to other pros but I always added 5-10 lbs stage weight AND I was out conditioning those same big guys cos my body stayed healthier off season so prep time I responded really well.     Most off seasons I have kept aas low. Test only with maybe some anadrol. No tren no deca no gh, nothing crazy, and bloods are fine but I do get fat. This time I went to try push aas a little harder and see how I feel / how bloods respond.

    Generally my bloods are good even post show. Blood thickens a little but not much

    And sorry dosage wise, again depends, in the past my biggest off season ended on 800 test weekly and 100 anadrol pre workout. I’ve been over 2g weekly but not got that big. So for me food is key and how soft I’m willing to get

    Thanks Josh! AAS wise test is constant for me between 600-1200.
    And I’m responding so well to masteron that I’m going to run that a few more weeks, maybe increase it.
    depends on my progress and my body feedback.
    Once I feel I need a change I’ll switch mast for eq. To push size further

    I love anadrol so towards the end of this run before I back off I’ll add it in pre workout.

    So nothing exotic. All comes down to what my body is telling
