255 today so 3 lbs up and finally starting to feel alive again lol.

Chest today was awesome. The fulness, pump and connection was perfect. This is what I missed

My volume will stay high ish for now. Rest periods short. No risking injury if I can help it.

But as always no plan is set in stone for me. If I want to drop volume a little and go heavier I will if body allows.
If I want to even lighter and faster / higher volume I will.
If I want to train 7 days without rest I will.
I’m going to go totally by instinct / look / fatigue / motivation. Etc it’s worked for me over and over again

But you better believe I’m going to train hard a so can whether it’s heavy or pump work. I’ll grow either way

    Chest and calves
    Donkey calf raises 4 x 15-20
    Incline smith press 6 x 8-12
    Flat barbel bench 3 x 8-12
    Cable fly 4 x 12-15
    Seated machine flat press 4 x 10-15
    Incline machine 2 x 20

Hey Sas, couple of questions for you, how long before your session do Uk usually take winstrol?

And, can you please provide some background on your best push up in muscle, how did you go about it, duration, drugs used etc?

Hey bud. I’ll take winny / anadrol or any oral like that around 3-4 hours before I train. But as close as 1.5-2 hours is fine too

My biggest and best off season growth was 55-60 lbs in about 7-8 months. During this time I did 2 cycles of 600-800 test, 100-150mg anadrol pre workout, insulin 2-3 days weekly of 12-15iu with my pre workout meal. LOT of calories over 7k cals every day , 2.5k of them from cheat meals, muffins, cookies:

252 today a couple lbs up. Had pizza and chocolate last and was still starving lol

Today on the other hand is a full high food day. I’ll he having most of my usual meals but adding extra carbs fats, steak, all from the same source already having, but also having meal off plan this evening which will be 2 cheese burgers and large fries. BBQ at home, and a desert of some sort. Probably more chocolate I’m enjoying the dairy milk bars a lot right know : D

I expect a gain in weight tomorrow for sure. I’d like to see 255 then hold it there this week

But happier today, less fatigued and spending the day at home with family, couple dog walks, washing my car then just chilling mostly

Hi Sas, do you know how many kals your new diet is? Do you prefer masteron over primo? Did you drop the 35lbs natural or did you bring the burners in. Can’t wait to see the comeback

I rarely count cals but current diet roughly 4500 I think bud.
Yes always preferred masteron. But don’t have anything against primo. I generally feel / look better on mast.
No fat burners just gh and lots of coffee : )

Back down to 250 again. Feel flatter too.
So that’s helped me decide on a cheat meal tomorrow and all I want to eat tomorrow. Will probably keep it cleaner tomorrow but tonight I’m going all in. Bored of feeling tired

Arm day was decent. Pump was
Good to begin with but faded fast, kept volume high to avoided loading heavy

So it’s time to eat, relax. Reassess my diet and start growing asap

Will post any diet updates as I go over the next few days.

PED’s wise I might add deca but not fuller decided yet

    Arm day today
    Rope tri extensions 4 x 45
    Ez bar extensions 4 x 12-15
    Panatta dip machine 6 x 15-20
    Db curls 4 x 8-12
    Rope hammer curls 4 x 15-20
    Ez bar rope curls 4 x 20

    Same weight today 251

Still feel pretty fatigued. But will have a high day / off plan meal any day now I think to start refuelling faster

Today was back day, already done it this week but wanted to focus on lats. My back and chest need to come up so I’ll throw them in twice some weeks and see if it helps

Session was pretty good. Fast pace; short rest periods, lots of blood volume / pump work. Went as heavy as I could within those variables

    Back width and ABs
    Db rows 4 x 8-10
    Seated cable row 4 x 8-12
Wide grip lat pull downs 3 x 8-10
Under hand lat pull downs 3 x 8-10
Iso hammer lat pull downs 3 x 8-12
    Iso chest supported row 3 x 8-12
    Ab crunch machine 4 x 8-12

I don’t track trace. Not for myself or my clients. It’s pointless overanalysing in my opinion

Up a bit to 251 today. Put in some extra carbs last night as I was flagging haaard. Since I’m not wanting to get leaner, I want to start getting my energy levels back up

Delts today was good as a result. Still not fully energised / strong but I’ll get there. Zero rush , I’m enjoying being lean and hungry while it lasts lol

I’ll post new diet and cycle below

    Panatta side lateral 4 x 8-15

Some people are more sensitive to BP triggers so even being less active and having the odd takeaway can take it higher.

So without knowing you daily food intake, your history of health / lifestyle / drug use etc it’s hard to tell with the info you’ve given.

I’d start by cleaning diet up fully. And start going for regular brisk walks

I’m not sure regarding t3 though

Same weight today. And feel quite fatigued so a high day is waiting. Might just throw in a cheat meal tonight to jump start things

My body, and me lol, hate being lean in terms of energy and gym performance. So I can’t wait to get weight back up and get HUGE. Absolutely love that part of bodybuilding. Getting lean is so boring unless it’s for show for me anyway. But has a lot of benefits for growth so needs must

Either way I’m in no rush. Well I am haha but I won’t rush. It’ll start to pick up over the next couple weeks

I’ve also a stopped winny . My knees and elbows are hurting daily now

Legs today was ok, right knee tendinitis is really bad so can’t do much. And my left hammy knee attachment is bad too no idea why

Will update diet and PED’s in the next few days

    Leg day
    Standing single leg curls 3 x 8-12
    Leg extensions 4 x 12-15
    Leg press 5 x 12-20
    Lunge walk 2 x 30-35
    Adductors 3 x 8-15
    Abductors 3 x 10-20

Hi Sas, thanks without sounding like an idiot what do you look to progress in the workout?

You don’t sound like an idiot at all. I change a lot of variables a lot of the time. Rest times, rep speed, rep range of motion, movements, i progress using them and even though I don’t log, I do progress weights within my rep ranges and also volume too sometimes

But I don’t limit myself to strength and / or volume progress. If I fail lighter then last week, I progress with intensity or volume or rep speed and so on… I use the pump as feedback a lot of the time too as well as strength / endurance

Sounds complicated but it’s so simple.
I do a set of 8-12, and if there’s more in me I add weight, if i am failing at rep 8, I do straight sets. If I falls short I back off.

I gauge how I am performing in that moment. No how I did the week before. But I also do know where I am with strength etc.

Make sense it still sound crazy ? It’s basically simple old school pyramid / volume training.
