264 today again even after a cheat meal least night and it was tasty
Had a crazy good chest session today. All time high (for this year) on the flat smith press with 75kg per side for 5 reps then 60kg per side for 12 reps. Rest of the session was similar fashion, peak strength, 2 work sets each exercise lower rep range . Ended with db side laterals
6th and final training today. Tomorrow is family day we are going to Silverstone for a tour , it was Xmas present off my Mrs last year. Can’t wait
6 days per week feels fine for now. But if weight gain continues to stall I’ll add a mid week rest dayHigh test and gh feel great.
All the peptide are still in apart from RETA.Really enjoying using the methylene blue. Especially early morning. Super mental focus. Makes work even easier

Had a crazy back, traps and rear delts session. Every time I get in the gym lately I’m just noticeably stronger.
Having an off plan meal today. First of my 2 weekly cheats. Feel I need the extra calories for sure after the last few training sessions and I don’t wait to just bump diet food up. It’s pretty clean meal. Chinese – chicken breast in ginger and spring onion, boiled rice, and a couple chicken toasts. This made I know does crazy meat portions and it always feels less greasy then other places I’ve tried

Not much else to report. Feeling great, feel big and dense. Things are moving nicely

264 again yesterday. It was arm day and it felt great. Dropping rep range a little lower again so I can capitalise on the current strength gains. Reps are still controlled
Feel super round right now all day long.
Took blood glucose levels just to make sure it’s in range. It was 5.2 before bed last night and 4.7 fasted this morning. So all good.
Higher test and gh feels good so far. Sleep is good too. I am waking up early naturally just before my alarm clock but I feel fresh and ready to get to work so I know my sleep quality is high

264 today. Up we goooo lol. Feel it too today. Feel big and round. Can tell it’s a good amount of water from the test and GH but it’s not bothering at all for now
Feel superb in the gym. Feel like I can lift the world haha. Joints feel solid, contractions feel perfect even under heavy load

Fav meal right now is minced beef , spaghetti with bolognese sauce on top. Simple, lean and super tasty
I’ve added KLOW to my peptide stack. Healing blend and anti aging. Im running a higher dose of it so I expect to look 20 again by Xmas : D
Awesome leg session today. Ok to work stacking the isolated pinned hammer strength leg extension. Horrible kit but feels amazing. And I’m increasing my squat on the smith nicely. Up 70kg per side today for 6 reps. Not crazy heavy I know but for me it is

261 today so weight settling a little after Sundays cheat day. Yeah I’m bringing back the old faithful Sunday cheat days.
Doesn’t mean I’ll cheat all day, but I’ll allocated that day to having foods I might crave or want, with a cheat meal at night.
So I’ll probably only have one cheat meal, and rest of the day usual diet meals since I don’t crave anything these days but if I’m out with my sons and mrs and they want a snack I’ll join in. I enjoy those moments more and boys like it since I spend most of the year not joining in lol
Absolutely awesome guest session today. Flat smith pressed 70kg per side for 6 reps. Most of the session was low rep , 2 work sets. Focus on going as heavy as I can

Tagged some side delts on the end of the session. So might not have a shoulder day this week but I’ll see how I feel
Higher test and gh feels good for now. We’ll see how I long I last before being dosages back down lol I never like the feeling of high cycles but I’ll see if this time it’s different

IM near the pain for sure is better. And that’s a good dose. I personally run a higher dose but I’m 40 with 27 years worth of weight training wear and tear to deal with haha

262 today so a nice jump up. I did have that m Persian feast yesterday but also upped growth to 15iu so that’ll help the weight bump as well
Felt full pumped and strong in the gym today. Back to regular diet today
No food changes other then I switch out food sources now often. Beef vs chicken , pasta / spaghetti vs oats vs bread etc etc

I use sucralose daily. Not in huge amounts but I have in the past and been fine. I don’t like the taste if stevia / the “healthier” ones.
Some people don’t do well with sweeteners so just be aware of how your gut feels after you have some

2 clients competing today so been busy with them.
At my parents, my mum cooked up some chicken, lamb fillet, rice, salad, Swiss roll cake , Persian tea. I ate a lot of everything

Before a load it helps if you’re somewhat depleted so you absorb the carbs better. But it depends on what you’re peaking for ? How lean are you? Etc etc

Klow (tb / bpc / ghk / kpv ) from Proforma is superior by far. I wouldn’t bother with nandrolone / anavar for healing
