Yesterday was a rest day so not much to report. Just a nice day with the family , with my weekly cheat meal we went for a KFC. Hit the spot
Today was back day. We so well. Definitely improving now in the gym and feel like I’m filling back out nicely
Not stepped on the scales for a few days I’ll get on it tomorrow and see where I am
PEDS wise, this week and next week I’ll stick with 300 test 5 gh only…. As of January I’ll ramp up. And continue filling out.
21 ish weeks till Pittsburgh, so I think I’ll push UP for a good few weeks before I start cutting.
Want to make sure I’m absolutely at my heaviest and highest food intake when I start that prep
Last prep I was ready in 8-10 weeks. So I’ll aim for a 12-14 week cut to allow some wiggle room.
Back and abs today
Neutral grip pull downs 3 x 8-10
Low row 3 x 8-12
Wide grip pull downs 3 x 8-12
Seated chest supported row 3 x 10-12
Single arm high row 3 x 8-12

Last training day of the week today, arms. With an overlap of chest I guess with wide grip dips. But arm day none the less
I’ve been ending my training weeks with arm for as long as I can remember lol. 20+ years.
And I doubt I’ll be changing it any time. Cos it works. And I make it work.

Changing their training split / styles nowadays. Looking for that perfect magical split… hey it ALL works. It’s just dependent on how consistently the individual can stick to it and also how much they enjoy itAnyway, superb arm day. Some heavy stuff, some pump volume, fast pace, in and out in 60 mins. Just how I like it
Today I also saw some of roundness coming back that I had at 275-280. And still only on low test.
This is a good sign!! I think finally my gut is playing ball albeit still not perfect

Gaining fat and losing muscle won’t just be down to programming. It sounds everything is off. Wrong calories, wrong ratio of macros, sleep, training, supplements etc etc

Very good delts traps and bit of lats session today.
Started with seated row to hit lats. I am trying to make sure they come up. Will know when I start getting lean
Although appetite is good and food is going in as I said yesterday, something still isn’t right with my digestive tract. Some meals just go straight through. Feels like it isn’t being processed properly
Hoping it just subsides. I usually pride myself on very good gut health. So fingers crossed it’s just a little blip
Otherwise, strength was good, pumps were great and I training performance in general is on the up even on just a low test dose

Rest day today. We are meant to be moving house a week today, so used today’s rest day to get some packing done.
I have soooo much tbjp clothing haha. I think I need a room just to fit it all.
Anyway, food going in nicely, I feel good and motivated to train, so still reaping the rewards from my week off last week.
Looking forward to delts and traps tomorrow. Might throw in some lats too. Make sure they definitely improve from last showing cos i definitely think I lacked width in the lats specifically in the rear double bicep shot

Leg day today. Better then yesterday in terms of I feel fuller / bigger, hungrier, better in the gym and sleep is better then ever now
That time off I had is showing its benefits now. Joints feel great, motivation to train is super high, food going on easier albeit still recovering appetite wise from the sickness… I feel healthier now too
So if I can just creep back up over 270. And improve in the gym. I’ll be in the perfect position to prep
Anabolics will creep up after Xmas which will help alone.

Most likely just body is very efficient and well fuelled. You won’t get gaining muscle if you’re losing that mucj weight consistently. If this is your first ever diet and you’re using anabolics then maybe a bit of muscle can be added

If you prefer to hot take any test, you could stay off it for 4 weeks, during which depending on your cycle and esters use, you should be back to trt level by 4th week, then I would go in at a trt dose like kuba said.
I would run clomid at all. Lot of new studies shown it’s linked to blood clots albeit extended usage but still.
HCG and an AI at low dose if you want to PCT. But I doubt you’ll get natural levels back (unless you’re a newbie maybe)

Much better day today. Felt a little fuller, cough is a bit better, training felt quite good. I did chest.
I did 5 sprints on the assault bike at the end. Didnt kill me in fact I think it felt little better
Strength up. Pumps up. Appetite isn’t fully back yet but it’s getting better.
Joint pain is so much lower than before.
All in all a very good day

Considering I have only had about 2 days worth of food over the last 7 days, it wasn’t a bad session!
Appetite is shockingly bad. Any sniff at a regular sized meal and my stomach turns. But trying to get in what is can
Probably make to eat half my usual calories right now
Will take it slowly and see how I get on over the next few days. It should get easier every day
Weight was 265 today. Hopefully get back into the mid 270’s before Xmas / new year.

Ok so attempt to train today as I thought I felt quite a bit better but that was a bad idea, chest cough escalated as I trained and I’ve felt worse since to back to another rest day tomorrow
But the little bit I did train actually didn’t feel too bad. Easy pumps and a lot less joint pain but that could be the fact I’ve been on painkillers all week lol
I’m 10 lbs down. 265 but I think I can at least hold this till I’m back to
100%. Then 270’s will be pretty easy to get back toNot much else to repost. Eating what i can but this chest cough is making it extremely difficult

Sick day no 5 today. Chest is still terrible. Body aches are coming down a bit, managed 3 meals yesterday.
I’ll try 4 meals today , hopefully built that up to 5 meals by the end of the weekend then get back in the gym on Monday
I’ll get in the gym before Monday if I feel loads better all of a sudden but I don’t see that happening
Gonna have to claw back some fulness / weight for a couple weeks.
I like to look at positives, and this is definitely a week off that my body needed and maybe I wasn’t listening to it
So it’s all good.
Pittsburgh pro looks to be on the 11-12th may. Which lands me 22 weeks out right now.

When I am late taking my 4 hourly paracetamol I instantly start feeling freezing , achy and weak.
So it’s still rest and recover for me. I’m guessing I’ll week. Lovely
you prefer paracetamol over ibuprofen when sick and why?
isnt it liver toxic, especially high dose over days?

When i am this sick I prefer cocodemol and ibuprofen. A few days won’t hurt my liver.I’ve ran ibuprofen for 6 months straight and it hasn’t hurt my liver.
So it’s not just the ibuprofen , it’s someone overall health and life’s risk that dictates how they process drugs / toxins.
I don’t up my health supps. Sometimes I even stop them and just take multi vitamin / vitamin c.
I think people forget the human is extremely good at healing itself without smashing a ton of supps
