250.8 today so down almost 2 lbs. Dropping on over 500 carbs with no cardio isn’t a bad thing at all : D
Rest day today. I’ve been exhausted today so I’ve literally done nothing but my work at home, meals, couple naps, and now some family time with my kids then chill and sleep. Really needed it today. Oh small dog walk too but that’s standard most days
Chris has given me another 7k calorie high say tomorrow.
He’s definitely pushing the fulness.
Leg day tomorrow, I’m fired up for it

Did you get bloods done at 1000? It’s often relative.
Depends on genetics / dna also. 48 reading is triple some people’s natural levels so 400mg in their cases would see about right to show 48 ish -
Do you track fluid / electrolytes ? Is your health otherwise in a good place (bloods, blood pressure, resting HR etc) ???
Sleep, stress etc etc all ok? -

If taking 1000mg + anabolics, blood levels are still high enough to feel good for 4 weeks after the last injection. So I don’t feel bad at all. Infact I feel great.
Most people who say that feel shitty straight away are just mentally quite weak -

Pretty fast. I want my weight and body fat to go up to comfortable levels fast without blowing up too much. So I pretty much go from say 4k cals (low post) to 6-7 in the matter of 2-4 weeks
I don’t like staying in a starving / dry / super lean state. It’s not healthy

Same cycle. No cardio. For now
Upped the pace (rest times lowered) and upped the volume in the gym
Feel amazing.

Just add nolva and see if it helps.
I wouldn’t worry about if it interacts with gh. Never seen that being an issue personally -

Yesterday was. 300h carb day.Chris has given me another 7k calories high food day today. 1000g carbs.
And it’s back day.Had a family day yesterday , also cleaned my Mustang and went for a nice sunset drive. Bliss

Hey mate wondered what factors have made this prep so successful and what have you done differently thats allowing the physique to stay for so long compared to previous preps where its flattened off?
Number of factors. Keep calories consistently high (over 7k) for the most part of 6 months prior to prep.
Not doing cardio in off season.
Not running high drugs.
Having time off PED’s over winter. OFF as in nothing. Off training too.
Not even trt. Not isn’t thyroid / clen.
Training with short rest periods.
Low stress levels , happy mindset and home life. Not other thinking / over calculating / over complicating anything. Having FUN… not taking it too seriously.
List goes on -
It’s not a 100% necessarily movement. So you don’t NEED to have it in your program. Wide stance pressing / squats / lunges / glute drive , bridges etc all work that area.
