Bed time is good to avoid reflux etc
I’d give the 0.6 a week to kick in. Then if needed to to 0.8 and give that a week
Takes a while to kick in. Don’t rush it cos it’ll backfire at some point

265 today so down a touch. The travelling on Saturday definitely flattened me hard regardless of what I ate. And some of join aches are worse then usual
So this week I’m training slightly light to allow recovery to kick back up. I’ll increase volume and reduce rest periods though to still try stimulate some growth just at a lighter load
I’ll take it day by day/ I’ll ramp things up again soon as I feel good again

Long day yesterday. 10 hours driving. Ark session, 3 hour seminar / q & a. So another rest day today for sure , body feels trashed after that driving.

GH I might lower move it to every other day as the carpel tunnel in one arm is getting quite bad and waking or up too often at night
The big IGF spikes from one bolus dose of gh should sustain me 2 days so it makes sense. And this way I might move gh to every other night
Test and eq might also get upped this week to 2000 / 1000 for the last couple weeks of this push be pulling back for Xmas

268 today. Rest day. Forced really since I had so much to do before the seminar tomorrow being on the road.
Good thing I think Because I’ve felt sleepy tired all day.
Also took the family to a Christmas lights show so it worked out well

When you are making jumps in gear and GH, are you making the change all at once or gradually. Like 15 to 20 IUs or did you do for example 16 for a few days etc up to 20IU

268 today. Decided not to take a rest day. Sunday I am off for sure and Saturday I’m not sure if I’ll get to train so I got chest as usual today and it was actually a very good session:
Kept volume lower than usual. To ensure recovery is up
Upped test to 2g, eq to 1g, gh to 20iu. Let’s see how this fairs . This is where I usually start to see sleep and fitness issues. So I’ll report on how it goes
If I can take this to 275 my mid December , then I’ll hold / back off from there , take some water off, have a breather then go again in the new year.

I’ve been fine doing roughly 1g per meal (5 meals) 1g in my pre workout and 1-2g through sauces etc.

267 today. Today was a day I should have taken as a rest day. I felt extra tired when I woke up , fell sleep a few times doing my work lol
But I still went in to train thinking it’ll
Be ok. Ended up being a mediocre back session. Everything just felt extra heavy, shoulders were aching. So bad call on my sideI’ll take tomorrow off. And from next week I’ll put a mid week rest day in and go to 5 days per week training
I might increase food too , tonight and tomorrow. Leanne has made a stew for the family, beef potato carrots etc so I’ll add that to my usual chicken meal. Then tomorrow maybe have an off plan during the day or evening
I travel on Saturday; 5 hour drive to do a seminar and I don’t want to go to that already fatigued as it’ll have a bad knock on effect going into next week
So more food tonight, high calorie rest day tomorrow with some midday napping if possible

For fat loss / recovery I don’t see any benefits in doing multiple gh shots.
I like insulin pre workout.

I also think 4 meals will be better. Especially when calories and body fat get low , I just don’t think recovery and muscle retention will be very good at all. But it depends , do you like fasting / not eating? And how much muscle mass do you hold?

If you’re assisted… then 30 lb push is a good figure to aim for but it totally depends on how look / how soft you get / how you’re responding along the way. It’s hard to give a set target. Bodybuilding isn’t a perfect maths equation

Try more bac water. You can try intra muscular too. But if the brand is one that hurts then maybe switch. I use Proforma and it doesn’t hurt
