When I run fast insulin, I take it just before I eat my pre meal.
I train 90-120 minutes after this meal with some intra carbs.120 minutes maybe too long, it works for me as I have 250-300g carbs with my pre meal
So for you I’d say 60-90 minutes should be plenty between your pre meal with slin and your training session
If you’re taking 7iu to you 140g carb meals it should be fine. I’d personally start at 5iu and see how it feels first

With Kuba on this. It can work for some. For me personally for example, having some eq and deca really helps my prep both in the gym and the volume they give
To my look.BUT in my experience coaching others , they can blur the finer detail so this really depends on how crazy hard and lean you can get when you diet down.
I get very dry lean hard , hence why they help. But most guys done so it depends which you are

I’m definitely ready today push things a bit for the next few weeks
I’ll monitor my blood pressure regularly to make sure it doesn’t creep up since that’s one of the only things that I tend to get side-effect Wise is my blood pressure starts to climb
So just client work today as well as lots of family time regular meals, cheat meal tonight as always which will be chicken fillet burger. fried chicken rice bowl and most likely popcorn for the dessert

Will you use lantus or fast acting skin SAS?
I’ll start Lantus Josh. But as I repair pain carbs I’ll add rapid to my pre meal since that will be the heaviest.
I know I don’t NEED touse both. But when I’m towards 1000 carbs, and I use both , I generally feel way fuller and stronger compared to just using one

Id much rather see a client do easy steps in the morning, train after a few meals, then if need harder cardio do some later on. I don’t think stairs is needed to get super lean if the person doesn’t get overly fat in the off season / growing
Phase. I actually tell all my guys to stay clear of stairs unless there’s a specific need for it -
I can also vouch the consistency and effectiveness of those peptides for recovery, staying lean, strength, mental focus etc… I use SLU caps and KLOW on wake, then SLU, methylene blue, 5 amino, mot c and ss31 pre workout

270 today. OK SO I feel really good at this weight which means I’m happy to push food a touch higher so I can take my training sessions to the next tier…. Goal is a bit more size before I prep. Without I fessing injectables.
I’m happy to push gh and insulin though as well and peptides again. I think my body is being efficient enough to allow me to push to 280 with food gh insulin and peptides on top of current anabolic cycle
So rest day tomorrow. Then Monday I’ll push food.
Goal is 850c 350p 100f.
So carbs up. Fats slightly lower just to make sure food is moving fast enough
IF I want to push cycle I’ll push test. Not eq.
Anyway, great arm session today

Mots c/ ss31 / 5 amino and slu before training let me train stupidly fucking hard , harder than ever before – I can do more volume and progress every set and recover every session. That , means more growth . Don’t let stupid fucking nerds start waffling on about science . I know when I will grow more as I have been able to do sessions I can’t normally do , so even if there is some small interference , I am now able to do things never done before = more growth
Same for klow , my joints have never ever felt this good = more growth
I never ever ever ever ever let skinny little wankers talking science ever bother me if I can feel in a session I’m progressing at a serious rate
These little cunts desperately need content to talk about , so they just waffle on about fucking bollocks that if they actually trained hard they would know is complete shit . 268 today back up a couple lbs. Feel great to be honest. Minimal water retention, but feel full and strong.
I will be ramping up food any day now to gain some more fulness/ size leading into prep
I might add 50mg anadrol pre workout foo to boost. I like the injectable where they are. I can fit them all into two shots. So keeping sure irritation low

266 today. Drop after rest day which is fine. So the dreaded leg day today (due to my bad knee) BUT it was better then expected
Still not 100% but I managed to load the leg extension and smith squat more this week. About 70% of max so I’m happy with this
Awesome pump, high volume session to make up for the lack of loads
Regular diet today , should see weight go back up tomorrow but if it does I’ll throw in a high / cheat day to give things a bump
Overall feeling good. Big and lean.

Similar to what Hilly says. I like to see the body hold steady for at least a week before increasing calories.

Paracetamol + ibuprofen, then a warm towel pressed gently on it when I’m relaxing in the evening. Helps me a lot
