    241.5 today. Down a touch.

Today Chris removed carbs from meal 4 I’ll post the diet below.

He also added 12.5 aldactone to meal 5.

5 days out so we start to pull the water out slowly

Trained delts today. Fatigue very high , motivation quite low

    Definitely stopped after this show

242 today. 6 days out. Weight still coming down nicely

I think Chris has timed this perfectly

Same diet as yesterday , no changes at all.

Trained legs today, knees felt improved a bit more again which makes me happy. I’d say they are 80% recovered now

    Not much else to repost

Fatigue kicking in harder now as weight drops

244 today , trending down still.

Feel tighter today, and I like the look! Still super round and full but water is dropping and I really like the shape

Chest day today. Strength definitely highest it’s been since the off season. Great pump too , skin felt tight and stretched thin haha

Diet is the same as yesterdays again so no changes from Chris

    7 days out today

I’m excited to see how we come in for Spain

245.5 today so down a few lbs. 8 days out from Spain so heading in the right direction.

Chris has kept the diet the same as yesterday

    He’s happy so I’m happy

Trained back today , felt very very good in regards to strength and pump

Signed the Spain contract last night so I’m looking forward to the next battle

248 today. Up again so that’s 13-14 lbs above my last stage weight.

If this was anyone but Chris making me put this much weight on before next weeks show I’d be questioning it haha but I trust Chris 1000% and I know for a
Fact this is only going to allow us to come in crazier then before for Spain in 9 days

I feel full round and big. The pump in the gym is insane , I’d say it’s close to full on rebound pump / roundness which is fun.

Fatigue high still outside of the gym I feel like I can just sleep at any point of the day lol

Chris has pulled carbs out of meal 5 today , otherwise the diet is the same as yesterday (posted above )

    Trained arms today.

Overall I’m happy , we brought a fuller rounder look in France with the signature conditioning , I’m confident we will top of that for Spain in 9 days

The flush, warmth and redness isn’t uncommon with CJC. The numbness is odd though. If symptoms are improving, I’d monitor it for 24–48 hours make sure they fully settle before trying again.
If symptoms get worse I’d seek professional help asap.

I wouldn’t easily say it’s the dose itself after a single hit and would want to make sure the symptoms fully settle before considering whether to retry at a lower dose or investigate other cause

Fridge is fine for up to 6-8 months. If keeping it dry for longer then freeze it for safe measure

246.8 today so weight up again.

Chris has changed the diet , cut some calories down so we’re peaked weight wise. Which I’m happy about. Much rather eat less food lol

    I’ll post diet below

Fatigue is still very high. Strength was so so in the gym. I think my recovery is definitely taking a hit now so might reduce training and keep it low

Agree with Kuba with the starting points , tiles dosages will see a lot of benefit to start with

SLU I didn’t see any benefits past 900mcg

MOT C I saw most benefits around 2-3mg but 0.5-1 does the job pretty much perfectly

240 today so up 5 lbs in the last 2

Days. And Chris wants to run high day tomorrow too

1 week 2 days out today

I feel very full for a change haha

Without asking him, I know his plan is push weight up so we have room dry back out and come down again.

My body was very tired after Cali and looked stringy , that’s a bad way to go into another peak week

Todays diet is the same as yesterday

    Cycle wise ,

    1000 test

    700 tren

    100 winny pre

    20 halo pre

    2mg adex daily

    10iu gh before bed

    Plus peptides

    5 amino , MOT c , GC1, SS-31, Reta , BPC / TB, and Klow

    Trained legs today.

Still very light but knee pain is down a lot now which is a massive relief

Do you find that taking the winny pre-workout gives you an acute performance boost? If not, why not split throughout the day?

    [/quote]
Yes I like it as a pre workout.

I’ve split in the past and didn’t see any further benefits. And I like that it gets used and metabolised by my body

So we came 2nd to Bonac.

Super happy with my look, nailed it for the 4th time on the trot.

Came in about the same weight as Cali – 234 lbs – fuller then Pittsburgh which I actually prefer look wise , even if I gave up like 1% of conditioning , I was still the most conditioned on stage

Day off diet and gym today.

Cheat meal tonight with my Mrs

Tomorrow we get straight to 800g carb days to push my body weight back up

As it stands I’ll probably do Spain in 2 weeks
