Leg day + sushi
Been a good so far. Got 2 meals before the gym.
Meal 1- 15 egg whites, 200g oats, 100g honey, 30g peanut butter
Meal 2 – 60g whey, 200g bread, 40g honey, 40g butter
During legs I dipped 60g carbs
Post workout – sushi x 40 pieces
Got 2 more meals then bed. Will likely do
Meal 4 – 200g beef , 400g rice
Meal 5 – 15 egg whites, 200g oats, 100g honey, 30g peanut butter
Just foods I’m digesting really well right now
I’ll weigh myself before the end of this week
Feel really good. Fuller heavier stronger

Yesterday was a rest day for me so not much to report. It was also my youngest 1st birthday so had our parents round , had some party food and cake.
I’m yet to jump on the weight scales. It’s still in a box and in a way I’m glad because I’m trying to fill out as much as I can. So when I do get on the scales hopefully it will be a decent weight.
I want to start this cut as full and heavy as possible. I know weight is everything but for me , someone who finds it hard to gain and doesn’t get fat very easily off season , it’s good to aim to get heavy heavy on the scales

Stay fasted for the most accurate readings. Drink plenty of water and hydrate properly though

Another solid day today. Chest day and everything felt levelled up. Strength, fulness, pump, endurance. I felt really strong so kept rep ranges lower to have some fun
Been training after 2 meals instead of the usual 1, and I think think that’s making a big difference. Making sure I get between 300-400g carbs, plenty of fluid and electrolytes.
I’m definitely doing the right thing no starting the cut yet. I feel like my body wants to grow
I feel the mental effects of the anabolics going up already. More motivation / mental focus. Could be placebo but I’m sure it’s not all placebo
Not doing much for New Year’s Eve tonight. Relaxing at home, will have some cheese and snacks. Hopefully push weight up haha
Gym was extra busy so my session was quite different to the usual as in order and movement selection. I liked it!

Another cracking day today. Things are moving forward and gaining some traction now
Drugs this week go to 600 test , 300 eq, 5 gh.

So ive ran both high and low dose cycles throughout the past 15-20 years. I can 100% say that I’ve been at my biggest and strongest on moderate dosages (900mg totally weekly) BUT and this is a big but , the look is soft and not so appealing to the masses. I could be on 1500mg , doesn’t mean I’ll definitely be stronger but I’ll look leaner harder and bigger.
Real muscle and strength can peak on moderate dosages it is all down to food recovery and consistency . And of

A decent day today in the gym.
I trained in the evening for a change. Was at home with my 4 year old all day as my partner took my 11 month old back to the hospital (he’ll be fine )
So I had 3 meals instead the usual 1. And not sure if that’s the reason but I felt really good
Full, stronger, more pumped, hotter etc
So definitely making a note of that
Right now I’m bumping calories up with 1 cheat meal a day to try get some fulness and strength back before I think
About cutting. I don’t want to start any kind of prep front a deficitLegs today

I have oats 3 times a day at 150-200g each time. Blended sometimes just due to the amount calories I am eating. I love the stuff

Too. Tried changing water didn’t help.
It turned out to be the batch of gh I had , it stopped when I changed brand. I must have been reacting to that batchBut if you’re ok going IM then I think you’ll be fine

So day 1 back in the gym. Feel like I’ve said far too many times in the last couple months but is what it is
Won’t be checking in with myself till Mid week once I have things fully setup in the new house.
Then it’s all go for prep. I’ve one done a few check ins in going fully decide on my first show
As of right now I don’t know where I stand till I start filling back out and training again
One thing I do know is when I start a prep off the back of a lot of rest and recovery time it’s never a back thing

What happened to trialing primo?
I did for a few weeks, albeit a short length of time, i did like it but didnt totally love it in the end… i did feel fuller on it, it’s comparable to mast but some differences… tight / dry fulness, fuller then I would on masteron, stronger then I would on masteron, not as dry as masteron, not as much aggression (within the sets) as masteron which I like. It felt “nice” …. I don’t like how low the dosage is so I would only use it during a cruise phase if I went more anabolics in the mix [/quote]

You’re welcome, just my own experience but I’m glad I can help. Yes I personally would use eq. On it I feel fuller, stronger, more pumped, and hungrier. And don’t need to inject as much oil either [/quote]

Back day today went really good considering the last few days I’ve had.
Felt fuller, pumped and strong.
Appetite is actually on the up. No idea how…. Infact yes I do, drugs being low have definitely helped my gut get back to normal.
Which was the goal pre prep.
Looking for using the higher test and EQ to push up a bit over the next few weeks before I start prep
