250 today. 3 days post show. Up 12-13 lbs

Will push deca high from this weekend coming: excited to see how this feels and looksHad pizza last night before bed. Was awesome. No cheats tonight. But I will add different sauces , fruits , small snacks etc where I want

Food is higher. Coaching myself for now. Will move back over to Chris when I start to cut. But next 6-8 weeks I’ll be in grow mode
For now I’ll write the macros in hitting because I’m varying my foods sometimes to have a break from that monotonous prep mindset / food.
Diet
400p, 700c, 70-80f
PLUS if I fancy 1 cheat meal at the end of the day, I will have it. So macros will go higher on those daysCycle – (also trying something different after bouncing ideas off both JP and Broderick Chavez) so after a small TRT rest period I’ll move to low – medium rest with HIGH deca
Noticed and spoke to some BIG Persian bodybuilders (and JP) seem to respond well to this approach when growing so I’m gonna try it
Again….i might revert back to higher rest lower anabolics if I don’t like how this feels / looks etcFor now :-

Another win and that’s a wrap for my run of shows so far till the Olympia
I definitely exceeded my own expectations, I didn’t think I’d do 6 shows, i definitely wouldn’t think I’d be able to peak this well at each and finish with 2 wins and possibly my 2 of 3 best looks
Crazy. Absolutely surreal time for me. And I’m excited to now start making improvements for the Olympia
Today is 2 days post show. I’ve not weighed in , had yesterday off diet.
Today I’ll get back in the gym but start very low volume very light weight
I’ll probing run PPL for a while. Just intrigued to see if I can maximise my rebound and growth phase by pushing for strength and higher frequency
You guys know me, no set method! If I hate it I’ll go back to my old split. See what happens
Plan is to push weight back up. Fill out , gain some body fat and fluid and focus on unceasing my performance in the gym as fast a so can
6-8 week rebound / grow
Then 9-10 week cut for the OlympiaWill outline the details of food and drugs this week
I’ll most likely stay relaxed food wise. But also make sure I’m reaching my gowns

600 carbs
4 litres fluid
1g salt per meal
Trained full body after meal 1
12.5 aldactone
1/2 diazide
With meal 4
This should be enough to land me at my ideal weight / look tomorrow around 237-238
Then I eat and hold this for stage

Definitely go my feel. One thing I’ve focus on a bit is hydration. Sometimes if I feel a bit tired from a rough sleep, I boost my electroyes / fluid sky high and feel better quite fast. The JP one is awesome

2 days out today , landed in Spain
Last night so this is my first full day.Woke up 242, quite dry and hard but flat. Very very tired so taking today off from training and just letting the food fill me up.
Hitting around 700 carbs today. 5 litres fluid. 1g salt per meal. No diuretics.I’ve got the athletes meeting tonight. Will try get a nice early night after all my emails then hit a gym tomorrow after meal 1.
Show day is Sunday. Im still excited to
Compete again even with it being my 6th show… and especially now being the Olympia qualified guy in the line up of 12 open pros… that’s a cool feeling!But im honestly now glad to finish this run. I’m ready to switch my mindset back to a more relaxed state, at least for a few days. Spend some time with my Mrs and my boys, and my dog!
But I’m also looking forward to a nice solid rebound to try make a few improvements / fill back out for the Olympia prep.. man that still doesn’t sound real!! Hahah

So we got that win! Was a crazy few days. I’ve been so busy with travel and work etc as well as getting ready for the Spain pep show in 4 days that I’ve not really had any time to let it all sink in
Still doesn’t feel real. But it feels right !
Anyway 4 days out from my last show before the Olympia.
255.5 today. Had a 1000g carb day yesterday
Fluid and salt are high
No diuretics for now
I fly out to Spain tomorrow
Did push yesterday. Pull today. 1-2 work sets only 1-2 movements for everything
